Saif Ali Khan and his first wife, Amrita Singh's children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan, chose to enter Bollywood just like their parents. While Sara had a grand debut with her film, Kedarnath, a blockbuster in 2018, her brother, Ibrahim, failed to impress the audience with his film, Nadaaniyan. However, things took an ugly turn for Ibrahim when reports of him threatening a Pakistani journalist went viral.
Recently, Ibrahim Ali Khan sat for an interview with Filmfare, wherein he was questioned about threatening a film critic from Pakistan who gave a review on his debut film. Ibrahim admitted that he threatened Pakistani journalist, Tamur Iqbal. Justifying his act, Ibrahim stated that the person made a below-the-belt remark that left him upset.
Ibrahim stated that he knew he shouldn't have reacted in such a way, but he is new to public scrutiny. The journalist made a personal comment about his body, but he would make sure to be more composed. The actor was quoted as saying:
"I know I shouldn’t have reacted but I’m also new to public scrutiny. When he made that personal comment about my body, it felt like a below-the-belt remark. But going forward, I’ll be more composed. I shouldn’t have reacted. It won’t happen again."
For those who don't know, in March, after the release of Ibrahim's debut film, Pakistani journalist, Tamur Iqbal took to Instagram and shared how Ibrahim threatened him for his review of his debut film. He shared that Ibrahim had responded to his review through Instagram DM. He shared the screenshot, in which Ibrahim was seen lashing out at him with some harsh remarks.
In his message, Ibrahim highlighted that the journalist had the same name as his brother, but he didn't get his face. Ibrahim further slammed him and called him an 'ugly piece of trash'. He even threatened to beat him if they ever crossed paths. Ibrahim's message could be read as:

"Tamur almost like Taimur… you got my brother's name. Guess what you don't get? His face. You ugly piece of trash. Since you can't keep your words to yourself, don't bother; they're irrelevant, just like you. Ugly goddamn piece of s**t, I feel bad for you and your family – and if I see you on the streets one day, I'll make sure I leave you uglier than you are."
In his reply, the Pakistani journalist stated that he wanted to see the 'raw and authentic' Ibrahim and not the 'mushy one'. The journalist further accepted that the 'nose job' comment on Ibrahim was definitely in bad taste. In the last section, the Pakistani journalist mentioned how he is a big fan of Saif Ali Khan. His reply could be read as:
"Hahahahaha see that’s my man. This is the guy I want to see in the movie. Not that fake cornetto mushy cringy human. But hey yes that nose job comment was in bad taste. Rest I totally own up. Massive fan of your dad, don’t let him down."
