For the unversed, it was April 28, 2023, when the diva announced her pregnancy by dropping some priceless pictures on her social media handle. And now, the mommy-to-be opened up about her pregnancy journey as she addressed her fans' queries in a Q&A session.
On June 23, 2023, the soon-to-be mommy, Ileana D'Cruz, hosted a question and answer session on her IG stories. The actress answered her fans' questions about her pregnancy journey and much more. During the session, one of her admirers asked about how she felt when she heard her to-be-born baby's heartbeat for the first time. Answering the question, Ileana revealed that it was the most beautiful moment of her life. Mentioning how she couldn't describe the feeling, the mom-to-be said that the moment was all about happiness, love and tears. In her words:
"One of the most beautiful moments I have ever experienced. I can't even describe how overwhelmed I was. There was tears and happiness and so much relief and joy. A massive surge of love for a tiny seed that was going to be a full-grown baby soon."

Further, on being asked about how her pregnancy journey has been so far, Ileana stated that there is so much to share on the same. The mom-to-be also mentioned that she can talk at length about this new phase of her life. Calling her pregnancy journey 'humbling', Ileana said:
"Honestly, there's so much to say regarding this journey but if I had to sum it up in one word - humbling."
On May 4, 2023, Ileana had opened up about her pregnancy journey. Taking to her IG handle, the mom-to-be shared a picture of herself wherein she was seen lying on her bed and trying to get some sleep. Radiating her pregnancy glow, the actress shared her experience of baby kicks in her tummy. Ileana even penned a note and mentioned that when she tries to sleep, the baby inside her tummy starts kicking. Her note could be read as:
"When you want to get some sleep, but baby nugget decides to have a dance party in your belly."

Ileana is as excited as any other mommy-to-be about this new phase of her life. And proof of the same was found when she dropped the first-ever glimpse of her baby bump. On May 12, 2023, Ileana had taken to her IG handle and shared the first picture wherein she was seen cutely flaunting her baby bump. The mom-to-be could be seen radiating her pregnancy glow in a black-hued bodycon dress that featured a thigh-slit and a plunging neckline. In the next picture, Ileana was seen looking down at her baby bump. Alongside it, Ileana had written:
"Bump Alert."
