Influencer Confronted Man's Family Who Touched Her, Accused's Parents Blame His 'Mental Health'

Women need to speak up for themselves when necessary, as no one else will come to their rescue. Recently, fashion influencer Mansi Manju Satish Suravase has been hailed for her prompt reaction to a young man who tried to touch her inappropriately in her residence building. Mansi didn't let him go after he touched her in a creepy way. Instead, she held his hand and gave him a tight slap. Not only this, she even confronted the man's family, and they defended him and blamed his mental health.

Influencer Mansi confronted the man's family, who tried to touch her inappropriately

Taking to her Instagram stories, Mansi shared a short glimpse of going up to the man's home and showing his video to his family, where he touched her inappropriately and got a slap in return. The accused man's family cited that he is mentally ill, and tried defending his behaviour. 

The influencer also clarified that her video wasn't scripted as she is not hungry for social media views. She further added that the young man would not let her slap him for a video? In another post on Instagram, the influencer stated that the man's family blamed his mental health. She questioned whether he looked mentally ill, and wrote:

"Jab hum uske ghar gaye video proof leke gharvalo ne kaha are iska mental health kharab hai! Probl hai iski dimag mai. To kuch bhi karega ssly.? Konse angle se ye dimagi mareej dikh raha hai?"

Netizens react to the accused man's family statement to defend him

As soon as the video of the accused's family's statement calling him 'mentally ill' circulated, netizens reacted. One user wrote, "In sbki mental health khrab hi hoti jb pakde jao." Another one commented, "Vese lag to vo mental hi rha h maar kha kr bhi hasta hua bhaga!" 

Influencer slapped a young man who touched her inappropriately

For those who don't know, the accused man was dressed up in a striped red and white-hue collar t-shirt with a pair of jeans. On the other hand, the influencer, Mansi, wore a white-hued skirt and teamed it with a red crop top. She wore decent clothes and was recording her video in her building's staircase when the man climbed up.

To give him space, the influencer moved to an extreme corner of the passage, but the man followed her, gave her a creepy stare and touched her shoulder. It was enough for Mansi to lose her calm, and she held his hand firmly. She asked what he did and gave him a tight slap. After which, the man apologised to her and ran away. 

Sharing the video, the fashion influencer wrote that people often judge a woman due to their clothes, but she has not been wearing anything revealing. Mansi stated that even if she had been wearing a saree or kurta, he would have done the same thing. She concluded her note by writing:

"Log kapdoko ko leke judge karte hai maine to theek hi kapde phne hai fir bhi ye sab harkate.? Kya ye sahi hai? Shame on this typ of ppl.! Shame on society jo kpdo ko leke judge krti hai. I am 10000% sure maine saree ya kurta bhi pehna hota us time fir bhi yahi hota..!"
