Popular influencer, Emilie Kiser, is widely known for her lifestyle content on TikTok. In her personal life, she is a doting mother to two kids, Trigg and Teddy and a dedicated wife to Brady Kiser. However, in 2025, the couple experienced a tragic loss as they lost their 3-year-old son, Trigg. The little one died in the hospital after a drowning incident in Emilie and Brady’s backyard pool. Now, ten months after the tragic death of Trigg, Emilie expressed her grief and shared a pool safety awareness for the parents.
On March 18, 2026, Emilie Kiser took to her Instagram Stories and shared a carousel expressing her grief over the tragic death of her 3-year-old son, Trigg. She called it a 'preventable drowning accident.' She mentioned that it’s been 10 months since she and her husband, Brady, lost their elder son, Trigg, and she feels broken. The popular influencer stated that she misses her son, Trigg and especially the joy and light that he brought to their home. Emilie added that she sees Trigg in her younger son, Teddy. She wrote:
"Today is officially 10 months since we lost our son Trigg to a preventable drowning accident. I continue to feel like I have no words in what to say when I'm asked how I feel because the only adequate word is broken. I miss him so much. Everything about him. Especially the joy and light he brought to our home. I see him in Teddy every single day, and that does bring me some level of peace, while also surfacing a lot of other emotions. One of the hardest parts about the last 10 months, although I can't possibly pick just 1, is having to live without him."

In one of the slides, Emilie shared that it’s impossible to describe how the tragic accident of her son has left an impression. She expressed that it felt like their entire life was falling apart, and it would never feel whole again. The famous mum influencer stated that she feels forced to live, and nothing is perfect. She called her late son, Trigg, 'perfect.' She wrote:
"It's impossible to describe to people the feeling of your entire life falling apart and knowing you will never feel whole again. But despite that, you have to keep going and get used to the new routine you're forced to live. It will never feel normal and it will never feel the same. It will always be compared to what was before and what was perfect. He was perfect."

In the concluding lines of her heart-wrenching note, Emilie spread awareness on pool safety. She guided parents to fence their pools, add multiple barriers and get their kids in swim lessons. She highlighted that parents must watch their kids around water. She expressed her gratitude to her fans for supporting her during the tough time. She wrote:
"The last thing I want to add, always when I talk about Trigg, is awareness. It's apparent to everyone who has ever heard his story, that it was preventable. So please, fence your pools. Add multiple barriers. Get your kids in swim lessons now & consistently. And last but most certainly not least, always watch them around water. I love you guys. I am always grateful for your support & your willingness to hear what I choose to share."
