Ram Kapoor had started off his journey as an actor with TV shows, and now he has become one of the most famous faces of the telly world, digital world and film industry. After working in the industry for so many years and after gaining huge success in his career, Ram has now gifted himself and his family another luxurious home where they can spend their weekends or vacations.
In his personal life, Ram Kapoor had met the love of his life, Gautami Kapoor, on the sets of their show, Ghar Ek Mandir. Ever since their wedding, Ram Kapoor has left no stone unturned to provide a luxurious life to his wife and kids. He already had three properties earlier, a lavish home in South Mumbai and a holiday home in Goa and Khandala. In addition to that, he bought a new holiday home in Alibaugh, for which he shelled out a whopping amount of Rs. 20 crores. With much delay, let's take a tour of his Alibaugh house, which is an amalgamation of wellness and luxury.

The living area of Ram Kapoor's sprawling abode is made in earthy tones, and to add to the beauty, it offers a gorgeous view of the garden area and the lush lawns. Therefore, making it an ideal place for Ram to spend his weekends or a short vacation along with his wife, Gautami Kapoor and kids, Aks Kapoor and Sia Kapoor. The actor's flagship villa, Aangan at Avas, is designed by Sussanne Khan (Bollywood actor, Hrithik Roshan's ex-wife), and it incorporates an integrated technology to help homeowners improve their quality of living.
Ram Kapoor's new home in Alibaug boasts four lavish bedrooms for each member of the house, and from the looks of it, it is nothing less than a five-star hotel. Built over a one-acre plot, a manicured lawn leads into the four-bedroom villa, which defines ‘raw luxury’ in the truest sense. Till now, we have seen some amazing pictures from his home in South Mumbai. So how could he compromise on getting the best interiors for his new abode? Starting from the mirrors, the bed and a wooden bedside table, the interior of the bedroom is done aesthetically. In an interview with ETimes TV, Ram Kapoor spilt the beans on why he bought a new home. In his words:
"The plan was to find a place that wouldn’t be too far where I could relax on weekends with my family."

The exterior of Ram Kapoor's new villa in Alibaug is all about greenery and is very spacious. The swimming pool is so widely spread that one can enjoy the view from the living area and one of the bedrooms as well. If tired of the hectic life, one can take a dive into the private pool and get refreshed. Therefore, what more does one need on a staycation?
The dining area and kitchen of Ram Kapoor's Alibaug abode is as contemporary as the rest of the house. And, not to forget the big windows which add to the liveliness of the house. Also, if one opens the windows, the greenery outside is so dense that one can easily enjoy the breezy air from outside. The dining area screams class which is reflected in the home’s high ceilings, open layout and material palette of wood and stone. In an interview with ETimes TV, Ram Kapoor shared why he chose Alibaug as the location for his new house despite having holiday homes in Goa and Khandala. Talking about the same, he said:
"I have holiday homes in Goa and Khandala, so there was no reason to find one more. But, since 2017, I was looking for a property, which would be an extension of my home in South Mumbai, and now, given the quick access to Alibaug, I thought it would be a good idea to buy this home."
Going further in the interview, Ram Kapoor shared that he bought the Alibaugh home stay keeping in mind the long term plans so that his grandchildren can also chill over there on weekends. He concluded by saying:
''The plan was to find a place that wouldn’t be too far where I could relax on weekends with my family. Goa and Khandala are great, but they are not close to home. It was a dream to buy a home where I can see my grandchildren enjoy their time.”

Despite having three houses already, Ram Kapoor has not just splurged a hefty amount to buy his new abode in Alibaug. From the looks of it, it is evident that the actor has also spent some huge money to get the interiors done.
