Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, the much-loved couple, have finally tied the knot on February 26, 2026. The intimate Udaipur wedding of the duo was just a perfect example of a traditional South Indian wedding. Every small detail about the beloved couple’s wedding, from attire to gold accessories, grabbed the limelight. However, it was their wedding venue decor that stole the spotlight. For the unversed, Rashmika and Vijay exchanged vows at Mementos by ITC Hotels in Udaipur.
On February 22, 2026, Rashmika Mandanna shared a heartfelt note to announce her wedding to her longtime partner, Vijay Deverakonda. In the post, The Girlfriend actress revealed that their wedding has been named as 'The Wedding of VIROSH'. It is noteworthy to mention that the entire arrangement of the duo’s wedding was beautifully curated by RVR Eventz Design. A while ago, they took to their official Instagram handle and shared multiple pictures from the regal-like wedding. They also revealed that the 'VIROSH' wedding theme was 'The Periodic Era.' The mandap decor features an earthy terracotta-hued wooden framework and was beautifully decorated with vibrant flowers.

Among the many pictures shared by RVR Eventz Design on their official Instagram handle, we found that the couple’s wedding decor was inspired by temple-inspired accents. There was a small altar-like setup where two metal figurines were placed, which resembled traditional representations of deities, and a floral garland was placed in front of it. In fact, in one of the snaps, a carved figure of an elephant was placed, which looked like a motif that was often used in temple architecture. Multiple terracotta pieces were used in the wedding venue.

According to the post shared by RVR Eventz Design, it was the Arjun Reddy actor’s choice to use terracotta. In one of the pictures, a decorative frame with carved figures was placed in the wedding venue and the red cloth in the middle bore the initials of Vijay and Rashmika, VR. Another snap featured a small sculpture of Nandi, a common figure in a Hindu temple.

In one of the pictures shared by RVR Eventz Design, Vijay was seen sporting a ceremonial dagger, and in front of the actor, the Addutera was present. For the uninitiated, Addutera is a sacred cloth placed between the bride and groom and is especially used in traditional South Indian weddings. However, it was Vijay’s mother, Madhavi’s wish to use Sanskrit mantras on the Addutera.

The sixth picture featuring Rashmika was all things adorable. The Dear Comrade actress was seen sitting on a bridal doli or dulhan palki. For those aware, the palki element is a centuries-old tradition that symbolises the graceful transition of a bride who is all set to start a new life. Giving a closer look at the couple’s choices, the RVR Eventz Design team wrote:
"The decor was curated based on the vibe they wanted to get married, more than just putting up a grand wedding show. Every element put up had a meaning to it, representing the Periodic Era, highlighting the rich Indian heritage. To complement the beautiful property they chose, we kept nature at the heart of the design, letting the venue’s natural beauty shine. Earthy tones set the palette, naturally leading us to incorporate terracotta elements. The couple wished to keep this union deeply connected to their roots, simple yet very authentic. The decor, the attire, the frames, everything was planned to sync well; nothing stood alone, everything belonged."
