Yasir questioned, “Dost aapke bohot kam hai industry mein, na hone ke barabar hai, kyun?” Iqra then shared:
“Koi bhi nahi hai. Main itna iss interview mein bol rahi hun cuz aap mere husband ho, we spend so much time together toh main aapse utna khulke baat kar sakti hun, ya phir main camere pe ek different si insaan hoti hai. Waise main bohot kam off screen bohot kam hota hai ki main kisi se dosti kar paun, conversation shuru kar paun, connect kar paun ya usko maintain kar paun ki agar meri kisi se jaan pehchan ho gayi hai toh usko maintain bhi ek tareeke se karna hota hai, poochna hota hai, milna hota hai, toh wo main nahi kar pati.”
Yasir further asked the reason behind her statement. Then Iqra went on to explain that she cannot choose anyone as her friend. The actress said that neither she is interested in making friends, nor are people interested in being friends with her. She added:
“Main kisi ko choose nahi kar sakti as a friend and I feel bad about it. Mujhe aisa lagta hai ki na log mere dost banna chahte hai, na main logo ke dost, toh ye na dono taraf se hai, taali ek haath se nahi bajti. Na main logo ko aisi vibes deti hun ki wo mujhe apna dost banaye, na log mujhe aisi vibes dete hai ki main unko apna dost banaun.”
