Raise your hand if you had felt work from home to be a blessing at first and a curse over time! What could be better than sitting in your pyjamas all day, taking some rest on bed between work, not having to deal with the tiring commuting and so many more perks? And now, as time passed by, do you feel stuck in a rut and see your motivation creep out of the window? Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan has perfectly captured the mood cycle during the work from home and it is so relatable that you will go ROFL! Adulthood is hard but the milestones you achieve make it all worth. Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan had made him proud when she had moved into her new home in the first week of July. To mark the beginning of her adulthood phase and a new milestone of her life, Ira had posted three pictures and had captioned them as "Look at my new home #movingout #myspace #firsttime #newbeginnings #milestone #cantwait #lettheadultingbegin #manvshouse." Here's one picture from the lot:
Ira Khan gives a glimpse of her WFH space in her new house and with nine pictures, she perfectly explained the mood cycle while working from home. Ira's WFH stages started with ‘enthusiastic working’, gradually proceeded to posing and stretching, and ended with a victory sign. Ira captioned it as "Working from home: Enthusiastic working. You start to sprawl. You get confused. You get worried. You start to give up. You stretch. You smile. You pose. Peace out. #workfromhome #work #quarantine #whiteboard #makesmehappy and #legit #markers #sprawl #ideation."

Ira Khan's work from home setup included a laptop in front of her, sheets of paper and other stationery scattered around, and a whiteboard in the background. Ira dressed perfectly in an oversized blue checkered top and black shorts. Ira misses dressing up and her 'Netflix and Chill' post a few days back is proof of it. Ira had worn a blue high-slit satin gown for chilling at home and watching Netflix. Sharing a mirror selfie, Ira had written, "Because these dresses are too nice to only wear when there's an occasion! Netflix and chill in a blue satin dress." On July 14, 2020, Ira Khan had given a glimpse of her 'favourite spot' in her new home and while she had enjoyed her morning routine in her peaceful corner, she had happily posed for the camera. Ira had captioned her post as "Everyone should have a favourite spot #myspot #morningroutine #coffeetable #ikea #happyplace #favourite #sowhatifitsblurry #home." Unhappy with the caption, Ira had later taken to her IG stories and had reposted the picture of her favourite spot with a 'better caption'. She had written, "I just thought of a better caption - if you can't go to a coffee shop, bring the coffee shop to you" atop it.
In a 2019 interview with the Bombay Times, Ira Khan was asked when she'll be directing her father, Aamir Khan. Elaborating on her plans to do so, Ira had said, “Maybe some day, when I have a better understanding of the craft. Working with somebody you know personally can be complicated, and that’s not specifically for my dad, but applies to anybody. I want to be sure of myself before I work with my dad because he is really well-read, like everybody else in the family. So, when I’m sure about myself, I would think about directing him.” When asked the one trait she had inherited from her father, Aamir, Ira had remarked, “My father and I are control freaks. It’s in a good way and I don’t mind being one. Once we are given some work or project, we are focused on it and forget everything else around. Like right now, I am directing this play and that’s all I have been doing for the past few months.” (Also Read: Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya Doesn't Want Vivek Dahiya To Be Addressed As Her Husband, Condemns Nepotism)
