There have been multiple speculations that Armaan and Payal are separating, and he will continue to lead his life with his second wife, Kritika Malik. A recent report also added fuel to the fire.

Is YouTuber Armaan Malik divorcing his first wife, Payal Malik?

BollywoodLife recently reported that the High Court has ordered Amaan Malik to divorce one of his wives; otherwise, he would face legal consequences. So, the YouTuber reportedly decided to part ways with his first wife, Payal and has filed for a divorce. The YouTuber has decided to continue his life with his second wife, Kritika Malik, who is currently pregnant. The report further ascertains that the High Court had ruled in favour of Armaan and granted him a divorce from Payal.

Youtuber Armaan Malik was summoned for bigamy

In August 2025, Armaan Malik was summoned by the Patiala district court. The court issued a notice asking Armaan and his two wives, Payal and Kritika, to appear before the court. The summons came in response to a petition filed by Davinder Rajput, who alleged that Armaan Malik has not just two, but four marriages, violating the Hindu Marriage Act, which permits only one marriage at a time for individuals practising Hinduism.

When Payal Malik entered Bigg Boss OTT3 with her husband, Armaan Malik, and his second wife, Kritika Malik, people openly criticised the trio and accused them of promoting polygamy. Celebrities also slammed makers for calling their participation on the show, and how it would send a wrong message to society. After receiving so much criticism, Payal decided to divorce her husband, Armaan Malik, but later changed her mind.

Armaan Malik first married Payal Malik in 2011, following which they welcomed their son, Chirayu Malik. Talking about his love story with Payal, Armaan said that he eloped with Payal on the seventh day of their meeting and got married. Well, it was in 2018, when, without getting a divorce from Payal, Armaan got married to his best friend, Kritika, whom he had met at his son, Chirayu's birthday party. While problems had arisen, they later decided to stay together like a family. In 2023, when Payal gave birth to her twins, Kritika became a mom to a baby boy, Zaid.

Rumours of Armaan Malik’s marriage to his kids' caretaker, Laksh

It was a year ago, when, after Bigg Boss OTT 3, a buzz started doing rounds on social media, claiming that Armaan might have been married to his kids' caretaker, Laksh. The same buzz began as netizens spotted Laksh, who resides in Armaan's home, flaunting the mehendi on Karwa Chauth with the name 'Sandeep', which is Armaan Malik's original name. Following this, Payal Malik revealed that Laksh had a court marriage, but the latter refused to go to her home, claiming Armaan Malik's home to be her own. Such bits and pieces made a solid foundation for the gossip around Armaan Malik's fourth marriage.
