Recently, some unverified social media posts speculating about Bhad Bhabie's death went viral on social media. Some users incorrectly assumed that the rapper had passed away after she shared updates about her cancer treatment earlier in 2026. But no credible sources or news outlets have reported about it. In contrast, the rapper had remained active on her social media handle. Thus, the absence of any official confirmation of her recent social media activity confirms that the rumours are false. 

Additionally, Bhad Bhabie recently shared a series of photos and videos on Instagram, showing herself outdoors. She appeared to be in a desert location with quad bikes. Fans widely interpreted the posts as proof that she is alive and continuing her daily life. In turn, the 22-year-old's supporters flooded her comment sections with encouraging messages. Some expressed relief after seeing the posts, with several writing that they were "praying for her recovery". 

For those unaware, the online speculations about her death intensified after Bhad shared a brief message on social media about her health. A few days ago, at the beginning of March 2026, she posted an update saying she had received "bad news" from her doctor, though she did not disclose specific details. Some social media users misunderstood the message, and some new posts suggesting her death circulated on the internet. Yet, they were never backed by credible sources.
