Ishita Dutta and her actor husband, Vatsal Sheth are all set to hop on the next phase of their lives- parenthood. Currently, the duo is counting the days for the arrival of their soon-to-be-born child. For the unversed, on March 31, 2023, Ishita and Vatsal announced their 'good news' to their massive fanbase. Since then, the couple never misses a chance to document glimpses from Ishita's pregnancy diaries and update their fans. Now, as Ishita is getting near to her delivery date, the couple took a labour lecture class and gave a sneak peek into it.
Taking to her IG handle on July 13, 2023, Ishita Dutta shared a stunning video from her labour lecture class with her husband, Vatsal Sheth. The video began with the duo lying on their bed, and Vatsal revealed that he would spend his day off with his wife, Ishita, and then he gave a peck of love on her cheeks. Afterwards, they welcomed a lady into their home who took a class to prepare them for Ishita's labour moment and answered many of their doubts. Alongside the video, we can also hear Ishita's voiceover, wherein she revealed the topics of their discussions with the lady doctor. In Ishita's words:
"I'm almost towards the end of my pregnancy journey and so doctor, Devanshi came over for the labour lecture class. As you can see we definitely had a lot of questions from info on contractions to learning how to learn it, things to carry, what to expect and so much more. From hospital bag checklist to labour positions, to understanding different breathing techniques, partum therapy was truly covered it all."

As the video progresses, Ishita and Vatsal are given proper training by the lady doctor on how to massage her during labour contractions and make the journey as much easier as possible. Further, the mom-to-be was seen practising a few exercises. And as the soon-to-be-parents bid adieu to the lady, Ishita revealed having a party, which meant getting a foot massage from Vatsal and enjoying a cup of coffee. In the latter part of the video, Ishita can be heard saying:
"We also practised some kinds of massages that your partner can do to help you while having contractions and to help make the journey as cool as possible. Well after goofing around a little, we did some basic ball exercises which can also be done in between contractions."

Earlier, on June 4, 2023, Ishita took to her IG handle and posted a series of pictures with her husband, Vatsal from her maternity photoshoot. The soon-to-parents were seen twinning in black-hued ensembles in the pictures and looked absolutely pretty. In addition, Ishita was flaunting her fully grown baby bump in a black-hued thigh-high slit body-hugging gown. The mom-to-be complemented her look with a statement necklace, dewy makeup and wavy open tresses. On the other hand, Vatsal looked handsome in a matching-coloured pantsuit.

A while back, Ishita dropped priceless glimpses from her baby shower ceremony on her IG handle. In the pictures shared by her, the pregnant actress could be seen posing happily with her family. Ishita was also seen cutting a beautiful cake with her hubby, Vatsal. For the event, the actress wore a baby pink-hued silk saree with golden prints. Ishita accentuated her look with gold temple jewellery, a bun hairdo adorned with sindoor and gajra, blushed cheeks, pink lips and a bindi. On the other hand, Vatsal opted for a striped kurta and pyjama. Altogether, the pictures radiated pure happiness.
