Starts the Halloween celebrations early as episode 2 of HBO’s horror drama series It: Welcome To Derry will be available almost three days ahead of schedule. The series will debut on Friday, October 31, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 p.m. ET on HBO Max. The episode will premiere on HBO as scheduled on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.
HBO Max has announced that Episode 2 of It: Welcome to Derry will release earlier than scheduled to celebrate Halloween. The episode will debut on Friday, October 31, at 12:00 a.m. PT / 3:00 a.m. ET on HBO Max. It will later air on HBO on Sunday, November 2, at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. The episode is scheduled to air on HBO Sunday, November 2 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. The remaining eight episodes of the season will continue to premiere on Sundays on both HBO and HBO Max, culminating in the season finale on Sunday, December 14.

It: Welcome to Derry episode 2 will be available on Sky Atlantic and NOW on Monday, November 3, 2025. The next chapter of the series, titled The Thing in the Dark, will premiere simultaneously with the US premiere at 2 a.m. on Sky Atlantic, followed by a repeat airing later that day at 9 p.m. In India, you can watch IT: Welcome to Derry on the streaming platform Jio Hotstar.

It: Welcome to Derry is an American supernatural horror television series based on Stephen King’s novel It from 1986. The series is a prequel to the horror films It and It Chapter Two. The series, developed by Andy Muschietti, Barbara Muschietti, and Jason Fuchs, all of whom were involved in the It films. It: Welcome to Derry is set in 1962, when a couple and their son move to the small town of Derry, Maine, shortly after a young boy disappears. Their arrival marks the beginning of a series of dark and unsettling events that shake the community.

Bill Skarsgård, who terrified audiences in It and It: Chapter Two, is officially reprising his iconic role as 'Pennywise' the Dancing Clown.
