Meezaan Jafri is the son of popular actor, dancer and comedian, Jaaved Jaaferi. And following in his father's footsteps, the star kid made his Bollywood debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film, Malaal in 2020. And now, he is gearing up for his next film, Yaariyan 2. Talking about Jaaved Jaaferi, the actor had a rollercoaster ride in his career. From working as a dancer to a VJ, Jaaved had done everything to carve his name in the industry and make ends meet. And now, his son, Meezaan opened up about his father's struggles.
In the latest conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Meezaan Jafri opened up about his father, Jaaved Jaaferi. Talking about him, the star kid recalled his father's struggles in his career and mentioned that the latter had to do work that was of no par value just to pay the bills. Meezaan added that his father knew that he had to do everything that he could do to provide a certain kind of lifestyle to his family. In his words:

"He had to succumb to a lot of trash opportunities. But he had to do it because he knew that he didn't have any work. He knew he would have to do that to pay for bills and his child's tuition fees and live up to the lifestyle that his children had gotten into."

In the same conversation, Meezaan mentioned that he has seen his father go through the worst conditions in his life. Adding that his father has gone through dangerous pressures in his life that put him in helpless situations, Meezaan said:
"That pressure is the most dangerous. That's just such a helpless situation. That what will a father do in such a situation? I have seen him go through that."
Earlier, in an interview with ETimes, Meezaan had opened up about his father, Jaaved's reaction to his upcoming film, Yaariyan 2. Talking about the same, the star kid revealed that his father loved his voice in the trailer and is looking forward to seeing how he modulated his voice in the film. Meezaan added that his father doesn't praise that easily. However, when Jaaved praise him, it is a big deal for the latter. The actor also mentioned that Jaaved's expectations of him are higher, and he is excited to watch his film.

In one of his interviews with TellyChakkar, Meezaan revealed what advice he got from his father, Jaaved when he was working on his first film, Malaal. Talking about the same, the actor mentioned that his father asked him not to lose hope as the film industry is such a place where one can easily get affected by the constant hustle. Meezaan stated that his father told him to stay rooted in his culture, values and not lose himself in the process of climbing the ladder of success.
