Janhvi Kapoor is hands down one of the most spiritual and down-to-earth actresses of the newer generation. The Dhadak actress often visits holy shrines with her boyfriend, Shikhar Pahariya, and this time around, the couple was accompanied by the duo. Tirupati Balaji temple is a shrine very close to Janhvi’s heart as her mother, Sridevi, used to visit there frequently, and she aspires to do the same. So, this year, for her birthday, the diva, along with her boyfriend, aunt and best friend, Orry, visited the shrine to offer their prayers to the almighty and seek blessings.
For her birthday this year, Janhvi, along with her near and dear ones, climbed the stairs of Tirupati Balaji temple, and for the first time, her dear friend, Orry, accompanied her. Orry documented the entire journey and shared it on his YouTube channel. The trio started their journey and visited Janhvi’s aunt’s house for a hearty vegetarian meal. After this, they all started climbing the temple.

After a certain number of stairs, Janhvi, Orry, and the others started climbing the stairs on their knees, as this is a popular practice preached there. Orry gave up after a few steps, but Janhvi continued her journey on her knees, which was quite impressive and spoke volumes about her dedication and spiritual beliefs.
For the actual Balaji darshan the next day, Janhvi gifted Orry a set of traditional South Indian veshti, which men usually wear while visiting the holy shrine. It is a draped, flowy skirt-like ensemble paired with a sheer shawl. Orry donned the veshti for the first time and paired it with bright red underpants, so naturally, his innerwear was visible.

Shikhar wasted no time and poked fun at Orry for flashing his underpants in front of the media. He even questioned his intelligence for wearing such bright colours under sheer white cloth. Later, the trio flew back to the bay, and on the flight itself, they celebrated Janhvi’s birthday and made her cut a cake.
