Have you ever imagined how dull a life would you lead without that BFF of ours, with whom you can absolutely be the weirdo that you are? You two can kill it on a night out and dance like no one’s watching and there will be days when you just laze around in your comfy pj’s and gossip about your latest crush in town! She is your best secret-keeper and for your mom, her house and company is your second-safest place on earth! Already a superstar with just one film old, Janhvi Kapoor also has 'her one', whom she can proudly call ‘mine’! Don’t you want to know who she is? Janhvi Kapoor’s best friend is none other than renowned film director, Rajkumar Santoshi’s daughter, Tanisha R Santoshi. Whenever Janhvi is on her girls-night-out, there will not be a single instance when you will spot the Dhadak star without Tanisha. 2018 was a very difficult year for Janhvi Kapoor. It was on February 24, 2018, when she had lost her superstar mother, Sridevi and 4 months later, her debut Bollywood film had released. Between the turmoil of extreme low and high came Janhvi’s 21st birthday on March 06, 2018, and all her siblings, along with Tanisha had made the day extremely special for her. Here’s a picture from the lot:

It was Janhvi Kapoor’s best friend, Tanisha R Santoshi’s birthday on July 31, 2019, and her star bestie had taken to Instagram and posted a crisp and heartfelt wish for her. The series of pictures that Janhvi shared had their entire ‘years of growing up’ and who looks cuter than whom is hard to decipher! Sharing the pictures, Janhvi wrote, “Promise to keep scaring u forever. #HBD love u too much.” To the images, Mira Rajput Kapoor commented, "Mundan looks are the best." In fact, a few days back, the Takht actress had taken to her Instagram stories and posted two pictures from the same album and had written, “Don't know why I'm trying to choke you”, the caption of the other photograph could be read as, “1 year later, and I still don't know why I'm trying to choke you.” Why did she write such a caption is something that you totally understand after you see the images!
For the uninitiated, Tanisha R Santoshi juggles between Mumbai, Malibu and London. Hence, whenever Janhvi is on a London visit, we bet you know who must be the first person she visits! Hence, last year, a selfie shared by Janhvi’s half-sister, Anshula Kapoor as her Instagram story had done many rounds on the internet wherein the budding star Janhvi had looked super-cute in a doggy filter. In the picture, an all-elated girl gang of Khushi, Anshula and Janhvi along with her BFF, Tanisha R Santoshi chilling in London had made us all want to remind our girl gang about that unfulfilled Goa trip! Coming back to Janhvi Kapoor and talking in detail about her ‘greatest loss’, in an interview with The Times of India, the now 22-year-old was asked about the support of her family in doing whatever she wanted. Janhvi had replied, “Touchwood! My family gives me strength and courage. (Pauses)… I get emotional when I talk about them. Khushi and I are very different. I am the kid in our family, and everyone treats her as the more responsible and independent one. I am the one that needs to be babied, and my mom shared that equation with me. She liked to baby me, as she knew that Khushi was too independent. I would tell her… mamma khana chahiye, mamma ni-ni nahin aa rahi hai. I am still like that, and now Khushi and papa have stepped into that role. My whole family has supported me so much; I want to really make them proud."
Known for not having a very good relationship once, Boney Kapoor’s four children, Arjun, Anshula, Khushi and Janhvi now cannot do anything without having each other's back. In an interview with the Filmfare, Janhvi had revealed how and when she and sister, Khushi had started relying on Arjun and Anshula, “It comes from seeking a sense of protection. A significant figure in our lives- my mother- wasn’t there anymore. Whom could we rely on? So, Khushi and I found ourselves leaning on them. A strong trust was forged between us. They’re so chilled out, such gracious and strong people, who encourage you and are real with you. We’re blessed.” (Also Read: Kumkum Bhagya's Mrunal Thakur's Rumoured BF, Arjit Taneja Posts Lovely Birthday Wish For His Heroine)
