Karan Johar’s fun chat show, Koffee With Karan season 6 saw many interesting jodis come by, one of which was half-sibling duo, Arjun Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor. At the show, the Dhadak star shared that she might look for dates on Zomato (instead of dating apps). Why? Dhadak is Janhvi’s first film in Bollywood, along with her co-star, Ishaan Khatter. Their fantabulous chemistry had been widely discussed in media. So much so, that for once people even thought that there are high chances of Janhvi and Ishaan dating. Although the Takht actress outwardly denied any sort of love-thingy going on between the duo, Karan and Arjun didn’t cease to pull Janhvi’s leg. Speaking about Ishaan, Arjun stated, “Well, he is always around her” and further shared, “No, no, because he jumps off buildings”, to which Janhvi retorted, “(he was) just trying some stunts”, to which her half-brother stated, “To woo you!", Post which, an irritated Janhvi replied, “Whose team are you on?" However, if their social media PDA is to be believed, Janhvi is allegedly in a relationship with the son of business giant, Abhijit Rajan (Chairman and Managing Director of Gammon India Limited), Akshat Rajan. To celebrate the success of Dhadak, the doting ‘boyfriend’ customised a ‘D’-shaped flower bouquet and presented it to ‘girlfriend’ Janhvi. The actress posted an Instagram story on the same with the words, “Subtlety is not his thing” written atop of it. Here’s the story:
Rumours of their relationship further added spark, when on Janhvi’s birthday on March 6, 2018, Akshat posted a beautiful picture of himself and Janhvi where they were all decked up with skyscrapers in the background. He captioned the picture as, “happy birthday” with a heart emoji. To which the Dhadak actress replied with an “ily” comment which is an abbreviation of ‘I Love You’. Here, take a look:
Reportedly, Akshat shared a great camaraderie with Janhvi’s mother, Sridevi. Akshat would attend most of the Kapoor parties and vice-versa. On March 3, 2018, a few days after Sridevi’s death, Akshat posted a fun-filled picture with Sridevi were both of them seemed to be totally engrossed in dancing with each other. He captioned the picture as, “a legacy of love and laughter”. Checkout the picture: (Also Read: Genelia Deshmukh And Riteish Deshmukh Make The Greatest Wish For Son Riaan On His Birthday)
