Jay Bhanushali Dating 'BB15' Co-Contestant, Miesha Iyer Amid Mahhi Vij Divorce Rumours? Fact Check

Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij have been a beloved couple on the small screen. However, their marriage has been marred numerous times by separation rumours. Despite this, Jay and Mahhi stood strong against the speculations. Recently, gossip about their marriage made many headlines again. Amid this, Jay was spotted with his Bigg Boss 15 co-contestant, Miesha Iyer. Here's what we know about the former BB15 housemates' bond.

An anonymous Instagram user shared a video that showed Jay and Miesha at a concert. The caption also read, "Special friend". In the viral video, Jay and Miesha were seen in traditional clothes. Miesha wore a white anarkali suit, meanwhile Jay looked dapper in a dark-hued sherwani with golden work. The two seemed to be enjoying the concert a lot. This appearance together amid Jay's divorce rumours with wife, Mahhi, has led to speculations about his relationship with Miesha Iyer.

Jay and Miesha crossed paths in Bigg Boss 15 house, where they both competed for the season. The two had developed a good friendship but their bond was marred by Miesha's closeness to Jay's nemesis in the house, Pratik Sehajpal. For the unversed, Miesha and another BB15 contestant, Ieshaan Sehgal dated for a while in the house and outside of it too. However, Jay and Miesha are not in a romantic relationship. In fact, after exiting from the show, the two contestants formed a sibling-like bond. On Rakshabandhan, Jay and Miesha had also shared photos of the latter trying a rakhi onto the actor's hand. Hence, there is no substance to the rumours going around after they were spotted together. 

Mahhi Vij addressed divorce and alimony rumours with Jay Bhanushali

Mahhi and Jay's marriage came into scrutiny after netizens noticed that they had stopped posting about each other for quite a while. The rumour mill started churning out gossip about a potential divorce. Many also claimed that Mahhi was taking Rs. 5 crore alimony from Jay. Addressing the divorce speculations, the actress shared that Jay was her family and a great father. Mahhi then completely refuted the alimony allegations. She said in her Youtube channel:

"Alimony ke baare mein, jab tak aap log mere muh se nahi sunte, kisi news pe mat jao. Jab proof ho, tab baat kijiye. Mujhe alimony hi samajh nahi aata. Mere liye, agar ek insaan paise kamaye hain, toh ek aurat ka uss par haq nahi banta jab aap rishte se alag ho jaate ho. Main yeh baat apne liye nahi, balki samaj ke liye, as a woman keh rahi hoon. Mujhe lagta hai woh paise uss insaan ke hain jisne kamaye hain."

Jay also rubbished the divorce rumours by sharing a supportive Instagram Story for his wife and actress, Mahhi Vij who made her comeback on the screen after a long hiatus. He implored everyone to watch her new show, Seher Hone Ko Hain and wished her all the best.
