Being a celebrity isn’t a cakewalk. It’s not just the fame but also dealing with the negative comments and trolls. Since they are constantly under the limelight, it is considered that celebs have opened themselves to hate and harsh criticism. The ‘star’ tag has its own pros and cons. However, not every celebrity prefers to not react to the trolls and in return, they give a befitting reply. TV star and favourite reality-show host, Jay Bhanushali too, decided to give a troll a taste of their own medicine. A few years into marriage, Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij had embraced parenthood for the first time when they had adopted their caretakers’ kids, Khushi and Rajveer. Jay and Mahhi had decided to fund the little ones’ education. In 2019, Jay and Mahhi’s family had gotten completed with the arrival of a baby girl, Tara Bhanushali. Khushi and Rajveer are the apples of Jay and Mahhi's eyes and now with Tara in their lives, their ‘happily ever after’ journey is magical!
A few days ago, Mahhi Vij had posted a beautiful family picture with hubby, Jay Bhanushali and their daughter, Tara Bhanushali. Jay and Mahhi got trolled for the picture as one of the users commented on the post, “Sometimes I feel they don’t take care of their other babies.” Jay chose to give a befitting reply to the troll and replied to the post, “@karra_sanjana and @nagar1664 have you even attempted helping or taking responsibility of any child or helping a family...you guys have no clue and you are judging us..in this epidemic the 2 kids and there father mother are staying with us so that we all can be protected.I am a foster father to the kids and not here to be judged 24/7 by you or anyone so pls be careful before giving any kind of statement.”
Mahhi Vij and Jay Bhanushali had known the two munchkins since birth as the caretaker (who is the biological father of Khushi and Rajveer) has been with them for over fifteen years and is more like a family member. Revealing that they will not differentiate between their biological and adopted kids, Mahhi had stated to BollywoodLife back then, “A lot of people keep asking my friends if they are our kids because we feel that they are our kids. We want to give them best in our capabilities. I don’t care what people say they have all the time in the world to talk. They stay with us we have no issues of them being a part of our space. Kids are adorable, Jay and I love them. We want to educate them and yes in future even if we have our own kids we will give them same life. We will not differentiate. In 2018, when Mahhi Vij had taken Khushi and Rajveer to Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah’s twins, Rayaan and Krishaang’s first birthday bash, she had requested the photographers to click her with the kids. Mahhi was seen holding the little ones’ hands while Khushi and Rajveer were shying away from the camera. This didn’t go well with netizens and Mahhi was trolled for dragging her kids to pose for the limelight. The trollers had shamed Mahhi for ‘using’ her kids just for the sake of publicity.
Mahhi Vij had the perfect answer and she had given it all back to the trollers. When questioned about the same, Mahhi had shared with The Times Of India, “It absolutely doesn't bother me. Such haters really need to get some positivity in their lives. Over social media, things aren't under ones control and can't alter or filter the hatred or love. I just feel that these people who have been on a spree in passing mean comments against my way of dealing with my kids, feel better when they spread negativity."
Mahhi Vij had shut the trollers for targeting her to ‘use’ the kids for publicity and was quoted as saying, “Firstly, I know how to handle my kids. Their family has been with us for over 15 years now. They are family to us and the kids are adorable. Anyone will instantly fall in love with them. Tomorrow, if Jay and I have our kids, things will never change for Khushi and Rajveer. They are our life. Both of us have thought over this and decided that all our kids would be dealt on the same grounds and platform. We know we won't ever be unfair to either of our babies. Both these kids have been destined to have a better life and that's God's plan for them. Jay and I are just the medium. My friends who come over, see how I treat my babies and I absolutely don't need to give any justification or show how I deal with them to anyone else. For the ones trolling, they really need to get something better and positive in their lives to flush out the unwanted negativity from their minds.
