All of us love our grandparents, and there is no doubt about it. From being our first best friends to our first teachers, dada-dadi and nana-nani hold a special place in everyone’s hearts. However, as we grow up, we tend to feel a generation gap because of our varied perspective on life. But Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda, doesn't feel like it as she has got the coolest grandparents in the world.
Jaya Bachchan may seem strict and brutal to others, but she is as sweet as candy to her potis, Navya, Aaradhya Bachchan and her pota, Agastya Nanda. As we know, Navya’s podcast, What The Hell Navya, is already a hit among the netizens because she invites her mom, Shweta Bachchan and granny, Jaya, every Saturday and shares a heartfelt conversation with them about modern love, relationships and parenting.

In the latest episode of What The Hell Navya, Jaya Bachchan talked about modern love and proved that one needs to change their way of thinking with the evolving times. She is pretty open-minded about live-in relationships and suggested doing the same to Navya. Jaya advised her granddaughter to marry her best friend and said she wouldn't have a problem if Navya gets pregnant out of wedlock. In her words:
“I'm looking at it very clinically. Since there's a lack of that emotion, the romance today, I think you should marry your best friend. You should have a good friend, you should discuss and say, ‘Maybe I'd like to have a child with you because I like you, I think you're nice, so let's get married because that's what society's saying'. I have no problem if you have a child without a marriage also, I really don't have a problem.”
In the same podcast, Jaya emphasised the importance of sharing intimacy between a couple for a healthy and long-lasting relationship. She added that one could not last on love and fresh air, and having a physical relationship is essential. She said:
“If there isn't a physical relationship it's not going to last very long. You can't be lasting on love and fresh air and adjustment, I feel. It's very very important.”

In an earlier promo video of Kaun Banega Crorepati, which the makers of Sony TV had uploaded on their IG handle, Amitabh Bachchan had jokingly said that he would start a rival podcast against his granddaughter, Navya Naveli Nanda. As she had started her own podcast, What The Hell Navya, we saw Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan as her regular guest. Talking about the same, Big B said that he got disappointed as Navya did not invite the men of the Bachchan family. Hence, he would start his own podcast with his son, Abhishek Bachchan, soon.
