Saif Ali Khan, the heartthrob of Bollywood, left everyone worried after sustaining deep wounds due to being stabbed six times by an intruder. After the same, the actor was rushed to a nearby hospital, wherein an emergency operation took place. The actor is currently out of danger and is in the ICU. It was reported that Saif fought with the attacker to save his family members, and during the same, he sustained serious injuries. Now, his son, Jeh's nanny, shared details of the unfortunate incident.
Saif Ali Khan is truly a hero both on and off the screen. In an interrogation session with the official, Jeh's nanny, Eliyamma, revealed that she was the first to spot the intruder late at night. As she was asleep with Jeh in his room, she saw a short man emerge from the attached bathroom. When she ran toward the kid, the intruder threatened her and demanded Rs. 1 crore ransom. She added that the man was carrying a weapon and started to attack her. Hearing the commotion, Saif Ali Khan entered the room, and the intruder attacked him, too. In her words:
“When I tried to see who was there, I saw a person coming out of the bathroom and moving towards Jeh Baba’s (Jehangir’s) bed. I quickly got up and went to Jeh's room. The attacker then put his finger near his mouth and said 'Don't make any noise, nobody will go out' in Hindi. When I rushed to pick up Jeh, the man - who was armed with a wooden stick and a long Hexa blade - ran towards me and tried attacking me. At that time, I asked him, 'What do you want?'. Then he said, 'I want money.' I asked, 'How much do you want?' Then he said in English, 'One crore'."
As the brawl intensified, other staff members entered the room, and the berserk intruded attacked everyone present there. He was carrying lethal weapons like Hexa blade with which he attacked Saif and Taimur's nanny, Geeta. Eliyamma further added:
“When Saif sir came, the accused attacked him with the hexa blade and then also attacked Geeta (Taimur’s nanny), who had also come and tried to intervene.”
While some internet users were in shock and were praying for the actor's speedy recovery, they couldn't stop praising the actor for the bravery he showed to save his family members. The intruder reportedly hid in Jeh's room. Another report claimed that when the intruder was aiming to enter Jeh and Taimur's room, Saif started fighting with him to save the kids and his family. During the same, he got injured as the attacker stabbed him, and his knife broke and a piece got stuck in the actor's spine.
It was Ibrahim, who reportedly took the actor to the hospital in an auto-rickshaw. Later, it was revealed that a house help took the actor to the hospital. Everything is now being speculated, but the entire incident, while shocking, showed Saif's love for his family and kids, bringing him the tag of 'real-life hero'.
