Ever since, the couple called it quits, and Jennifer and Ben struggled to sell of thier love nest. The two had put the property for sale in July 2024. They tried to sell it for USD 68 million, but since they had no luck in finding the right buyer, they dropped the price to USD 52 million last September.

The ex-couple, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, purchased the lavish mansion as a marital home. The home has over 46,000 square feet. It is referred to as the Wallingford estate, which is spread over 5 acres and has 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The ex-couple purchased the lavish property for approximately USD 61 million. The home was on the market in 2018 for staggering USD 135 million.
