Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal aka, 'Mrs Roshan Singh Sodhi' from the popular sitcom, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has been leading all the headlines since she made some shocking revelations about the show's producer, Asit Kumarr Modi. For the unversed, Jennifer has accused Asit Modi of inappropriate behaviour, sexual harassment, and more. Recently news has claimed that Mumbai police have lodged an FIR against the show's producer, operation heads, and others. And now, Jennifer has claimed how she is being harassed by the police and shared how police have been giving her hints to take the case back.
In an interview with India Forums, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal talked about how police have been harassing her. The actress mentioned that she has been told some things that were meant to discourage her. Jennifer revealed that she had been asked for the audio proofs and to transcribe them. The actress shared that there are 20 of the audio proofs, and the police have asked her to transcribe each and every word of them, due to which the actress even fell sick. Elaborating more on the same, Jennifer shared:
"Ever since I have complained, I am being harassed in very subtle ways. The police go ahead to say things like, 'Mam, why are you filing this case, witness toh palate jaate hai,' 'Arre mam, isme toh bahut time lagta hai 5 saal baad dates aati hai,' 'Aapko bar aana padega aur pata nahi aapko kab balayage,' 'Aapke line mein toh sexy bulana chalta hai,' they discourage me in such ways. From the third of July till today, they have been asking me for audio proofs and asking me to transcribe the audio and send them. Those audios are of more than 20 minutes, and they want me to transcribe each and every word. It was very disheartening, and I fell sick. My lawyer asked me not to transcribe the audios and told me that this is not even my work.''

In the same interview, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal also claimed that she had received no support from the police, and they had even hinted to withdraw the case subtly. And as the actress has not taken the case back, they have been harassing the actress by telling her to transcribe the audio proofs. Jennifer also mentioned that her FIR was not even filed completely. Jennifer stated:
"Yes, they have been making an indirect pressure on me to take the case back, stating things like 'Aap kahan time waste kar rahe ho,' and because I am not taking a step back, they are now asking me to transcribe audios and harass me. My FIR, too, was not filed completely.''
Further in the interview, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal made some shocking allegations and mentioned that she is 100 per cent sure that Asit Modi is behind everything that she has been going through. Talking about the reason, the actress shared that every time she comes back from the police station, they call her and point out loopholes. Talking more about the same, Jennifer shared:
''100 per cent, there is his involvement here, who else will it be? Every time I come back from the police station, they call me and then point out loopholes; looks like someone calls them in that time period, and then they do this to me.''

When the news of Mumbai police registering an FIR against Asit Modi was doing rounds on the internet, Jennifer Mistry quickly reacted. During that time, in an interview with Pinkvilla, the actress shared that she had 5 hours of conversation with the police, and then the FIR was lodged. Jennifer also shared that she was relieved because the action was finally taken.
