For the unversed, several actors and actresses from the show, such as Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, Monika Bhadoriya, Shailesh Lodha and more, made some shocking allegations against the makers of TMKOC, especially the producer, Asit Kumarr Modi. It was on September 25, 2023, when Shailesh Lodha made some startling revelations about Asit Modi and shared that he once called the cast of the show his servants. The actor also opened up about why he chose to back out of the show. And soon after that, Jennifer Mistry, who used to play the role of 'Mrs Roshan Sodhi' in TMKOC, showed her support and backed Shailesh.
Soon after Shailesh Lodha's revelations about why he left the show made rounds on social media, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal took to her IG handle and shared a screengrab of the same. The actress also penned a few words to extend her support to the actor. Sharing the screengrab of Shailesh's comment, Jennifer asked her fans if a senior actor like, Shailesh had to listen to such mean comments on TMKOC, then what she and other juniors had to listen to and bear on the set. Jennifer's caption can be read as:
"Agar Shailesh ji jaise senior actor ko aisa sunna padta tha to zara sochiye hum jaiso ne kya kya suno hoga aur sehan kiya hoga".

In an interview with Lallantop, Shailesh Lodha revealed why he decided to opt out of the popular sitcom, TMKOC. The actor shared that he was once invited as a guest celebrity in another show, and he happily took part in it, but Asit Kumarr Modi didn't like it. Sharing more details about the same, Shailesh also mentioned that he didn't like the way Asit talked to him. Shailesh also shared that Asit Kumarr Modi once called the cast of TMKOC his servant in a derogatory manner.

For the unversed, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal also made some shocking revelations about TMKOC producer, Asit Kumarr Modi. Talking to ETimes, Jennifer revealed why she left the show despite working there for 15 years. The actress accused Asit of sexual harassment, for which she even filed a police complaint against him.
Further, in several other interviews, the actress opened up about her experience of working in TMKOC. The actress shared that it was not a fun ride for her as it was a male-chauvinistic place to work in. Not only this, earlier, in an interview with Pinkvilla, Jennifer recalled an incident when she told the Operations Head, Sohail Romani, about her family emergency due to her brother's serious health condition and requested two days' leave, but they straightforwardly declined. Two months back, Jennifer also made a shocking claim and shared that the police had been harassing her, too, due to Asit Modi's influence.
