Vedang Raina is going to be seen next in the film, Jigra, alongside Alia Bhatt. The film is directed by Vasan Bala, who is the man behind critically acclaimed films like Peddlers, Mard Ko Dard Nahin Hota, and Monica, O My Darling. The film will hit theatres on October 11, 2024, and the excitement to see Vedang and Alia's camaraderie as siblings keeps growing with each day. Amidst the film's promotions, Jigra's track, Chal Kudiye, is also receiving a lot of love on social media, as it is sung by man of the hour, Diljit Dosanjh.
During a recent conversation with Mansworld India, Vedang Raina opened up about his experience of working in the film, Jigra. The youngster shared that it was a wonderful experience for him to share the screen space with Alia Bhatt after coming from his debut film, The Archies. However, he also opened up about his mental health, which suffered a major blow during the filming of an intense scene in Jigra. The actor admitted that even after the cut command from the director, he couldn't come out of his character and he spent almost eight hours all alone in his vanity.

Further, in the same conversation, Vedang Raina added that after the cut, he went straight into his vanity and shut himself for eight hours. The actor shut down all the lights in the vanity and even switched off his phone. The intense scene impacted Vedang so emotionally that he told everyone to leave him alone for some hours.
Vedang Raina revealed that due to his mental health, the shoot was postponed, and he admitted that he chose the wrong way to bring the emotions needed in that particular scene. Recalling the same, he said, "It did impact my mental health a bit. On the very first day, I was to shoot a rather emotionally intense scene, and I shut myself in my vanity, put the lights off, switched off my phone, and told people to just leave me alone—I sat there listening to my music."
Amidst all the buzz around Vedang Raina's film, Jigra, he also opened up about his dating rumours with the stunning diva, Khushi Kapoor. Since the release of The Archies, Vedang and Khushi's relationship rumours started making rounds in the media corridors. According to multiple reports, Vedang and Khushi reportedly fell in love with each other, however, none of them have addressed their relationship reports.
Surprisingly, in a candid conversation with GQ India, Vedang Raina rubbished his dating rumours with Khushi Kapoor. The actor clearly stated that he is currently focused on his career and added that he has no time for dating. The actor said, "My dating life right now is taking a back seat because I'm focused on my career."
