According to IndexTap.com, John signed the deal on December 27, 2023, for Rs. 70.8 crores. He also paid additional Rs. 4.25 crores as a stamp duty. The plot is located in a prime are of Linking Road. However, it is not yet revealed for what purpose John has bought the place.
