Kangana Ranaut is often hailed as the queen of controversy in Bollywood. Every now and then, she makes it to the headlines courtesy of her unapologetic behaviour, sassy responses and unusual choice of films. When it comes to her personal life, Kangana has already created a lot of buzz in the media, especially regarding her past relationships, most of which ended on an ugly note. And now, she spoke up about her plans to marry and have a family.
Kangana, who is currently busy with the promotions for her upcoming film, Tiku Weds Sheru as a producer, recently sat down for a candid interview with ETimes. During her conversation, when asked about her plans of getting married, Kangana responded that marriage is definitely on the cards and will happen whenever the time is right. Revealing how she has no restrictions about the institution of marriage and does want to have a family of her own, Kangana said:
“There’s a time for everything and if that time has to come in my life then it will come. I do want to get married and have my own family… but at the right time it will happen.”

Kangana Ranaut's personal life has been nothing less than a rollercoaster ride, as she has been in numerous bitter relationships in the past. However, it was her ugly spat with her ex-beau, Hrithik Roshan that had grabbed all the limelight. For the unversed, the duo had reportedly started dating one another during the shooting of their film, Kites. Subsequently, their relationship blossomed when they were again paired opposite one another in the film, Krrish 3. Moreover, there were also speculations that their Hrithik was even planning to divorce his then-wife, Sussanne Khan and settle down with Kangana.
However, things took an ugly turn when Hrithik Roshan simply denied dating her. Naturally, this infuriated Kangana, who thereafter slammed the actor publicly on many instances for cheating and using her.
Even before Kangana had stepped into the world of films, she was involved romantically with an already-married actor, Aditya Pancholi. The duo dated for quite a long time. In fact, it had been Aditya and his wife, Zarina who had offered shelter to Kangana in the new city, when she had run away from her home in Himachal Pradesh. Unfortunately, this relationship of her turned monstrous when Aditya Pancholi started harrasing her physically, due to which she had to file an FIR and lodge a case against him. While much about this controversial relationship has already been known to many, Kangana, in one of her earlier press conferences had revealed more on it. In her words:
"It was a very difficult and very harsh time. I was physically abused. I don’t have to go to details. I felt trapped. You feel people might help you. But there are no free lunches. But when you are going you fall for it. This man who was my father’s age hit me hard on my head when I was 17. I started bleeding. I took out my sandal and hit his head hard and he started to bleed too. I lodged an FIR against the man. He was my mentor turned tormentor.”

Kangana has been known to be quite a headstrong girl, who boldly defends herself against everything wrong. Proof of the same was found when once she had revealed how she has never danced in parties and weddings, despite being offered a lucrative amount of money. Moreover, comparing herself with the legendary singer, Late Lata Mangeskhar, Kangana had revealed how she stands against this practice of dancing in weddings for money, which many celebrities in the industry are known for.
