Ajay Devgn Gave A Fun Reply To Kapil Sharma About His Poker Face, Says, 'Cheque Tere Naam Pe...'

The cast of the upcoming film, Son Of Sardaar 2, including Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur and more, recently appeared on the show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. While the audience was expecting a lot of fun and laughter in that episode, Ajay Devgn's poker-faced humour stole the show. Recently, a clip was shared from the episode on Instagram, which showed Kapil Sharma asking Ajay Devgn about his poker face. 

Ajay Devgn’s fun reply to Kapil Sharma

The promo video uploaded by Netflix on their Instagram handle, quickly went viral, with fans calling it one of the funniest moments of The Great Indian Kapil Show till now. Kapil Sharma, who is known for asking his guests fun questions so that they give witty answers, decided to ask Ajay Devgn about his poker face. On the show, he pretended to read fan questions and asked the question, "Ajay, aap apni film mein toh comedy karte hai, jo show comedy ke liye bane hai, waha jaake aap serious kyu ho jaate hai?" Ajay Devgn didn't even hesitate for a second and gave a reply that left everyone laughing, including Kapil Sharma. He said:

"Jab main wo film karta hu toh cheque mere naam pe bante hai, jab yaha (The Great Kapil Show) aata hu toh cheque tere (Kapil Sharma) naam pe bante hai."

Son of Sardaar 2 is the sequel to the 2012 film, Son of Sardaar. This film marks the return of Ajay Devgn in one of his most loved comic characters. With the trailer and songs that were released, fans are expecting more action, laughter and Punjabi swag from the sequel. The film, Son of Sardaar 2, follows 'Jassi' (played by Ajay Devgn) who finds himself stuck in the middle of funny and crazy situations. The film is directed by Vijay Kumar Arora and the cast includes talented actors like Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Neeru Bajwa and more. Recently, one of the songs from this film, Pehla Tu, Duja Tu generated a lot of buzz because of its choreography.

On the personal front, Kapil Sharma is married to Ginni Chatrath and the couple has two children. The couple tied the knot in 2018 and recently, they opened a cafe, Kap's Cafe in Canada. Right after its opening, an incident took place, where multiple gunshots were fired outside the cafe. Despite the horrific incident, the actor and his wife stood strong.
