The ace comedian, Kapil Sharma is one of the most successful celebrities in the telly world. Kapil Sharma became a household name and top stand-up comedian in India with his own shows, Comedy Nights with Kapil and The Kapil Sharma Show. In a recent chat show, Kapil Sharma was asked about romance in his personal life, and his reply to it made us go ROFL.
Kapil Sharma recently graced Kareena Kapoor Khan’s podcast, What Women Want and talked about his personal life. The stand-up comedian also talked about his infamous Twitter controversy when he posted a tweet to Prime Minister, Narendra Modi while drunk. Talking about the same, Kapil said:
“Main kabhi Twitter wali chidiya se mila to nahi hun but inhone mere toote uda diya.”

Further in the conversation, Kareena Kapoor asked Kapil whether he is romantic in his personal life. Answering the question, the comedian gave an epic reply which made us go ROFL as he said:
“Do bachche hain, hamane download thode hi kiye hai.”

Kapil Sharma is one of the highest-paid television celebrities in India. But he had also seen a low phase in his life when he overcame his addiction to alcohol. It was Ginni and his mother, who stood by him throughout and helped him rise like a phoenix. Ginni, who was Kapil’s friend at that time came to Mumbai and stayed with him to take him out of the depressive phase.
In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Kapil Sharma recalled the phase and lauded Ginni’s courage to live with a man before marriage and said:
“The courage that she showed is bigger. She belongs to a well-to-do family, but in our families, it’s a big thing for a girl to live with a boy before marriage. I don’t care if we will get married or not, you get well, and then I will go back. Uska bohot bada haath tha mujhe nikaalne me..it was a bad phase."

It was on December 12, 2018, when Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath got married in Jalandhar as per the Anand Karaj ceremony. In December 2019, Kapil and Ginni were blessed with a baby girl, Anayra Sharma. The couple embraced parenthood for the second time when they welcomed their son, Trishaan, on February 1, 2021.
On the work front, Kapil was last seen in the film, Zwigato!
