Veteran actor, Dharmendra is a true yesteryear legend born as Dharam Singh Deol in Punjab. When the actor had set his footmark in Bollywood, he had become the pride of not just Punjab but the entire country. Later on, his sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, took forward his legacy. And now, it is his grandson and Sunny Deol's son, Karan Deol, who is leaving no stone unturned to make the members of the Deol family proud.
Since his childhood, Karan has seen his father, Sunny Deol's work in movies and has looked up to him. However, the fact that being an actor comes with a lot of pros and cons was something that Karan Deol was not aware of. Until he grew up and himself became an actor. One such incident had happened when Karan had got very insecure, after he saw his father indulging in intimate scenes with his co-star.

Recently the father-son duo, Sunny Deol and Karan Deol graced The Kapil Sharma Show for the promotions of their upcoming film, Velle, along with Visshesh Tiwari and Savant Singh Premi. During his stint on the show, Sunny Deol opened up on a hilarious incident when his son had started crying as a kid when he saw his father hugging and doing intimate scenes with Juhi Chawla.
When the host, Kapil Sharma asked Sunny Deol as to how comfortable he felt to do intimate scenes in front of his father, Dharmendra and son, Karan, the actor looked at his son and said:
"He (Karan Deol) was an infant when I was shooting for a film with Juhi Chawla. So, in one scene I hug her and all that. It was a song sequence. He was behind me, in my cousin's arms. So during that scene he started to cry loudly."

For the unversed, Karan Deol had made his debut in Bollywood in 2019 with the film, Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. The film was directed by his father, Sunny Deol himself. Before the film's release, in an interview with Mid-Day, Karan had revealed how awkward he had felt to shoot a kissing scene in front of his father. In his words:
"Initially, I was a little shy and awkward about doing this scene in front of my father. That would be a normal reaction of any kid. But then, I just switched off and let my emotions flow. I was nervous at first, but after the take, I realised that the moment was beautifully captured and it was in sync with the story."
Going further in the interview, Karan had revealed that though he was nervous in the beginning, he had gone with the flow. He had added:
"I had no apprehensions about the scene. I approached it in the same manner as I deal with any other scene because at the end of the day, I’m playing a character and it flows with the narrative."

For the uninitiated, Karan Deol and Sunny Deol's Velle will release in theatres on December 10, 2021.
