Karan Johar is one of the most loved film directors and producers in Bollywood. He is lovingly called KJo by his family and close friends in B-town. The ace filmmaker has helmed some binge-worthy movies for the Hindi film industry, including Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and Student of The Year, among others. Talking about his personal life, Karan had embraced fatherhood back in 2017 when he had welcomed his twins, Yash Johar and Roohi Johar, via surrogacy. Ever since their birth, the sassy kids of the sassy father rule social media with their adorable shenanigans.
After the birth of two little munchkins, Karan and his mom, Hiroo Johar's lives revolve around them, and it is pretty evident on the doting father's social media handle. On December 14, 2021, to mark 20 years of the most iconic film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Karan Johar had dropped a hilarious video on his IG feed, where we could see Karan scolding his kids for not completing the homework. Answering him, Yash and Roohi had given a famous dialogue from their dad, Karan’s movie, K3G and it was too cute.

While we have seen Yash and Roohi pulling their father's leg quite often, we witnessed yet another instance of the same on June 18, 2022, when Karan Johar took to his IG handle and dropped a hilarious video featuring his doting son, Yash. In the video, we can see the director asking his son what he doesn't like about his father. To which, Yash said that he doesn't like it when Karan makes a pout face for the shutterbugs. Not just this! The little one also imitated his father’s stylish pout, and the scene was too hilarious to miss. Alongside the video, Karan penned:
“I have been pout shamed.”
As soon as the Student Of The Year director’s post went viral on social media, many of his industry friends started to shower their love for the father-son duo in the comment section. Kareena Kapoor Khan, who herself is a self-proclaimed pout queen, commented, “Love you Yash, only you can tell him, well-done beta.” While Farah Khan Kunder wrote, “I Lovvvvvv himmm”, Malaika Arora penned, “Hahahahaha Yash cutie well done.” Other celebrities like Ayushmann Khurrana, Sweta Bachchan Nanda and Aditi Rao Hydari poured a bunch of laughing emojis into the comment box.

Earlier, in a candid conversation with Film Companion, Karan Johar had revealed the one special gift he had received from his two little ones, Roohi and Yash, on his 50th birthday. The director had mentioned that his five-year-old kids had surprised him by shaking a leg on his favourite song, Dafli Wale, from the film, Sargam. KJo had also shared that during his childhood, he used to follow Jaya Prada's steps and not Rishi Kapoor's steps while grooving to the song, and his father had no problem with it. In his words:
"You know what my kids' present to me... they are five and a half and they know how obsessed I am with 'Dafli Wale' as it goes back to my childhood...as a child, I don't think my father even realised that whenever he asked me to dance on this song, I wasn't doing Rishi Kapoor's steps as I used to Jaya Prada's steps and he was fine with it that his son is performing to those dance steps...That song is a big part of my childhood."
We are in love with Karan Johar and his son, Yash Johar’s beautiful bond. What about you? Let us know!
