The post also claimed that Reem may be a big reason for the same. Another Reddit thread had the same speculation and talked about how the couple seemed to be acting different from the past few days and have not shared any picture together for some time now. The post read as:
"This is purely purely speculation and something up for discussion but I was just directed to teja's IG today after a nice pap video and I noticed that Karan hasn't commented on her pics (which he usually comments cutesy, cringey, and little funny lines). And on top of that, at a large glance they both haven't been on each other's feed for a while."
The Reddit post continued:
