Karan Kundrra Breaks Silence On Secret Wedding Rumours With Tejasswi Prakash, 'Do Chaar Saal Baad..'

A while ago, Karan Kundrra took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to share a small note, which said, "Shaadi vaadi toh chalo har do chaar saal baad karwa hi dete hain.. how cute is bhindi Maamu!!!?" For the unversed, his tweet was a response to Bharti Singh's YouTube vlog, in which the comedian's son, Gola called the actor 'Bhindi Mamu'. Moments after his tweet went viral, a fan commented, "Bhindi mamu is the cutest. Rhi baat shadi ki tho bo tho hum mazak krte rhte hai apne dil khush krne ke liye @kkundrra". Replying to this, Karan shared:

"Tumhare mazaak ke chakkar mein article aa jaate hain."

Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash’s secret marriage rumours

For those who do not know, the rumours began a few days ago, when a user shared some cutesy photos of Karan and Tejasswi and claimed that the couple secretly got married. The post instantly went viral and a few reports started claiming that the rumours were true. Further, Karan and Tejasswi's public appearances added fuel to the fire. It is worth noting that Tejasswi Prakash has still now commented on the rumours.

It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time Karan Kundrra and his ladylove, Tejasswi Prakash have faced marriage speculations. There have been multiple times when fans have spread rumours around their wedding. A few months ago, when similar rumours popped out, Karan Kundrra came forward and shared:

"Dear new age tabloids, I’m sick of you marrying me off this year or next, announcing my engagement on a reality show, just because we’re in Dubai. I understand it gives you a lot of numbers—and that seems to be the priority these days—but to most of you, me or my agent are just a phone call away. Why not confirm first? Isn’t this getting a bit too much? Let me announce my own wedding/engagement/roka/baby/breakup/midlife crisis, please. Love and engagement to y’all always."

Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash, reportedly met before their Bigg Boss 15 journey. However, it was during Salman Khan's reality show when the duo connected and fell in love with each other. Slowly and gradually, fans started loving their chemistry and lovingly called them 'TejRan'. After the show, the duo reportedly moved in together. 

In 2025, Tejasswi had a conversation with Bharti Singh and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, during which she explained that Karan Kundrra wanted to marry her right after Bigg Boss 15 ended, however, Tejasswi's mother advised them to spend some more time together and then take a decision of getting married. She had shared:

"Karan was like, ‘Let’s get married,’ but my mother said, ‘You’ve just come out of Bigg Boss. Maybe you should spend a year together in the real world. It’s not that I doubt you (Karan), but I don’t even know my daughter. I feel both of you need some time.’ I am very chanchal—if I fall in love, I’m like, ‘This is the one.’ So my mother said, ‘Take your time'."
