Karan Patel has seen massive success in his acting journey. Apart from winning hearts with his roles on the small screen as 'Raman Bhalla', Karan is hailed as the hottest actor. Talking about his personal life, the actor is married to Ankita Bhargava, and they are blessed with a daughter, Mehr. However, not many know that Karan Patel was earlier dating Kamya Panjabi, but their relationship came to an abrupt end in 2015, and within a few months, the actor married Ankita.
After this incident, Kamya openly accused Karan of cheating. Recently, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Karan talked about infidelity in a relationship for the first time in years. He added that infidelity happens in a relationship and it continues to happen. Karan further shared that it depends on person to person and what their reasons are. He was quoted as saying:
"It happens and it will continue to happen in every part of the world. But infidelity also depends from person to person as to what their reasons are. For us, we term everything as ‘He’s had an affair, he is cheating.” But you don’t know the circumstances that has escalated to that level of what that person has gone through."

Karan called infidelity a personal subject and added that you cannot comment till you have gone through it. He shared that if someone is doing it, let them do it. He said:
I think it’s too personal a subject for a third person to comment on somebody else’s relationship because you don’t know till you have gone through it. So, if they are doing it let them do it. It’s their life, as long it’s not eating into yours. Give people their space, don’t breathe down their neck."
Before Karan got married to Ankita, his relationship with Kamya was the talk of the town. However, when their relationship went downhill, Kamya bared her heart out and accused Karan of cheating. Earlier, in an interview with SpotboyE, Kamya revealed that Karan was double dating her with another lady. She was quoted as saying:
"I myself underwent a depression around the same time because I had a heartbreak. He simply walked out on me when my world revolved around him. Without my knowledge, he was having an affair"
