In a recent conversation with Film Companion, Kareena Kapoor opened up on how she loves to be a housewife back at home and how specific departments of her household are strictly dedicated under her jurisdiction. Elaborating on how she manages especially the department of food in her home, Kareena mentioned:
“Everything is my department, from planning what the kids eat at home, their playdates, their classes, generally ghar pe khana kya bana hai, sahab kya kha rahe hain… I love doing all of that. I love multi-tasking. I love being an actor, a star, a housewife. I love it.”

Bollywood has frequently witnessed some of the most lavish parties at Kareena Kapoor’s residence. This certainly implies how much of a gracious host both Kareena and Saif are. In the same interview, Kareena opened up on the same and mentioned that she becomes even more particular when being tasked with hosting a party at her place. In her words:
“I love handling the home. If I’m having people over, I like the fact that I’ll clean the table probably on my own, or I’ll say, Aise karo, waise lagao. I like getting into all of that. And that’s so much a part of me, that’s who I am.”
Kareena Kapoor has inculcated some right values and manners in her sons. And the reflection of the same can be found in her sons, who appear perfectly trained and well-mannered whenever they are papped in public. Further in the interview, Kareena revealed how she had trained her sons, Taimur and Jeh, to contribute to household chores along with her. In her words:
“There’s excitement when their grandparents are coming over, and I’ll tell Tim, ‘Come, help lay the table’. They see Saif cooking, the idea of being together is more precious than going to Disneyland.”
