Long gone are the days when a woman used to keep a grudge against her ex-husband's second wife after parting ways with him through amicable divorce. With the concept of modern families gaining popularity, the ex-couples share a great bond with one another and are nurturing their kids together. We have seen many celeb couples breaking the stereotypes and involving their ex-partner and their kids in every occasion.
One such example of a modern family is the Pataudis. Bollywood actor, Saif Ali Khan was previously married to actress, Amrita Singh, and the couple was blessed with two kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. However, due to some personal issues, Saif and Amrita parted ways. Later, Saif tied the knot with his Tashan costar, Kareena Kapoor, and they welcomed two kids together, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. However, the way they manage their modern families and share a great bond with each other is worth-appreciating.

During her appearance on Koffee With Karan 7, Kareena Kapoor Khan opened up about her bond with Saif and Amrita's kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. She also realled her first meeting with Sara on the sets of K3G, and shared that the little Sara was hiding behind her mommy. Revealing how Amrita had told her that Sara is a big fan of hers, Bebo said:
"I remember at the K3G trials, she was hiding behind her mum. Amrita was like Sara wants a picture because she's such a big fan. She loved Poo in K3G and 'You are my soniya' so much. But I don't understand why people discuss so much. We are a family and like Aamir said if there is love and regard, this is it. They are Saif's children, they are his priority."
Later, when the show's host, Karan Johar asked Kareena if she finds it difficult to manage her modern family, she gave a beautiful answer. The doting wifey said that Saif balances his time with all of his kids and he always informs her if he's going to meet his daughter, Sara. Revealing how it never bothered her when Saif prioritises his kids over everything, Kareena added:
"Why should it get difficult? Everyone has their time. Sometimes if he (Saif) wants to have time alone, like a coffee or like an hour or two alone with Sara he'll always tell me. And it's so important for Saif also to give time to each of his children. I don't know why it's a thought also. It's never crossed my mind the way people discuss it. It's not that difficult."
