'Kasautii Zindagii Kay' Actor, Pracheen Chauhan Arrested Under Molestation Charges, Details Inside

Pracheen Chauhan, the famous actor who starred in many TV shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Hatim, Maat Pitah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg, among various others, is reportedly arrested by Malad East Police. The actor is allegedly taken into custody by the police under some severe charges of molestation. The entire television industry is shocked at the moment, but everyone is anxiously waiting for further details regarding his arrest.

After popular television actor, Pearl V Puri's arrest under charges of a sexual offence, it is a huge shock for everyone. For the unversed, Pearl V Puri was booked under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and Sections 376 AB (Punishment for rape on woman under 12 years of age) of the Indian Penal Code. However, the actor was then granted bail on June 15, 2021.

According to a report in TellyChakkar, Pracheen Chauhan got arrested by the Malad police officials under serious charges of molestation. The actor has been reportedly charged with some serious sections of the Indian Penal Code - 354,342,323, 506(2). The shocking revelation has stunned the entire television industry. Pracheen is a well-known celebrity, who has worked in popular shows like Kuchh Jhuki Palkain, Sinndoor Tere Naam Ka Saat Phere, and others.

Talking about Pracheen Chauhan's personal life, then his relationship with Silsila Pyar Ka fame, Chhavi Pandey has always been the talk of the town. But the two actors have always stayed tight-lipped about their relationship and had always regarded each other as 'good friends'.

However, their pictures and captions don't lie, guys. For instance, on January 22, 2018, both Pracheen and Chhavi Pandey had posted the same picture from their respective Instagram accounts on the same day with different captions. While Pracheen had written, "Love this pic n chic. Happiness #togetherness #celebrating #love", Chhavvi had captioned the picture as "With love of my life #love #couplegoals #lovehim #forever".

Well, not just this; both Pracheen Chauhan and Chhavi Pandey's social media is filled with pictures of the duo. But the sad news is that sources close to the couple had informed Tellychakkar in 2018 that not all is well between them, and they're going through a rough patch in their relationship. It was also reported that they both had parted ways. The news of their breakup had emerged earlier as well, but it got subsided, only to be brought up again.

Once in an interview with a leading media portal, when Chhavi Pandey was questioned about the same, she had shared, "Pracheen and I have never been in a relationship. He is my good friend, and he is a very good human being. I am very much single and I don't wish to date anyone at this point of time." The portal had also asked if Chhavvi has ever thought of dating Pracheen. To which she had replied, "Well, not every time friendship has to be converted into love. I am happy to be friends with him."
