It's been quite a few weeks that reports of Katrina Kaif's wedding with Vicky Kaushal are doing the rounds in the media. While the duo has remained tight-lipped about it, 'KatVick' (as fondly called by their lovers) fans eagerly want to see them in their dulha and dulhan outfits. Despite keeping their wedding preparations a hush-hush one, the couple has started prepping up for their D-day with the duo having a roka ceremony at Kabir Khan's home and Katrina trying out her wedding outfits at her friend's place.
Not only that, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are also reported to have bought an apartment in a plush area of Juhu in Mumbai and are supervising the decor of the same. Though they have never confirmed it, multiple reports in the media suggest that they will tie the knot at a luxury resort in Rajasthan in December 2021. However, now, a recent development suggests that just like we had seen Kareena Kapoor add Khan to her name in Talaash's credits, Katrina might also do something similar.

As per a report by India Today, an insider associated with the film, Tiger 3 revealed to the portal that Katrina Kaif is being humoured by her friends to change her name to Katrina Kaif Kaushal after her wedding with Vicky Kaushal. Though Katrina has not yet made any final decision, the insider revealed that if she wants her name as Katrina Kaif Kaushal, then the makers of Tiger 3 will credit her by the same. The portal quoted its source as saying:
''The decision purely lies with her. However, if she does decide to change her name, then the makers of Tiger 3 will credit her as Katrina Kaif Kaushal on the posters.”
A few days back, a report in India Today had revealed that Katrina Kaif had kickstarted the trial for her bridal wear at a friend's place. The reason behind choosing her friend's place to try out her outfits was to avoid the glares of the media. The gorgeousness wanted to keep the news of her wedding under the wraps, and to avoid it from becoming a headline, she had made a small bride tribe. A source had revealed:
"The fittings and trials are happening at her friend’s house. She doesn’t want any attention and media outside her building, so she’s been going to her friend’s place somewhere in Bandra. Katrina is very wary of any information coming out in the media and has kept her bridal team very tight. Every small detail is being shared on her personal WhatsApp group and outfit images and references are being discussed."

A few days back, a report of IndiaToday had stated that Vicky Kaushal had popped the million-dollar question to his ladylove in the sweetest way possible. As Katrina Kaif has a sweet tooth and is very much fond of chocolates, a source close to the actress had revealed:
"Vicky is true romantic at heart and totally smitten by Katrina. Even their common friends are a bit shocked on how obsessed these two are with each other. The pandemic and lockdown, in fact, got them closer and made their bond stronger. So when it came to popping the big wedding question, Vicky went all-out in true filmy style."
On November 8, 2021, a report by ETimes had started that Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif had got rokafied in a hush-hush ceremony at director, Kabir Khan's house. A close friend of the to-be-married couple had told the portal:
“It was a beautiful roka. There were lights and decorations and Katrina looked stunning in her lehenga. Since the Diwali dates were an auspicious muhurat, the families decided to go ahead with the ceremony. Kabir and Mini are almost like family to Katrina and they were the most gracious hosts.”

On the work front, Katrina Kaif will be next seen in Tiger 3 and Vicky Kaushal will be featuring in Sam Maneskshaw's biopic, Sam Bahadur.
