Sharing her thoughts on Kavita Chaudhary's sudden demise, Suchitra Verma admitted that she was a symbol of women empowerment as she inspired countless women to pursue their dreams. Kavita was born in 1957 in Amritsar, Punjab, and despite having not-so-strong connections in the entertainment industry, she managed to work in the Indian television industry for decades.
Kavita Chaudhary worked in a series of hit television shows like Apradhi Kaun!, Udaan, Your Honour, IPS Diaries, and many more. Apart from working in advertisements, Kavita Chaudhary made a name across the country for her portrayal of 'IPS Officer, Kalyani Singh' in the show, Udaan. She was so robust in her character that some people started assuming her for a real IPS officer. However, not everyone is aware of the fact that Kavita penned the script of Udaan, and it was inspired by her sister, Kanchan Chaudhary Bhattacharya's life, who was an IPS officer. She was also the second IPS officer after Kiran Bedi.
We extend our deepest condolences to Kavita Chaudhary's family and loved ones.
