Now, amid this, a video of a kayaker face-to-face with wild orcas has surfaced on social media.

An old video has surfaced where a kayaker was surrounded by wild orcas, panicking as she tries to stay steady. Her screams and nervous movement captured the raw intensity of being face-to-face with nature's giants. Audiences were reminded of the power of wildlife and its unpredictability. The scared kayaker was seen telling the orca, "Hello darling, gorgeous". Well, according to a report by the NDTV, History showed orcas never killed a human, and only fatal incidents happened in captivity.

The real-life video of the kayaker being attacked by the orca has surfaced at a time when Jessica's video raised online concerns related to her being killed by a wild creature. The clip looked violent, and reportedly, the alleged incident took place at a marine park. When facts were checked and investigations were done, it turned out that this incident had never taken place and that there was no official record related to the same or any credible source of information that confirmed that Jessica or the alleged attack did take place.

The hoax has drawn interest in elements of actual interest that also include orcas as well as trainers, according to a report by the IB Times. There was a 40-year-old trainer named Dawn Brancheau who passed away in 2010 after a killer whale named, Tilikum pulled her inside the pool at SeaWorld, Orlando. This was reported by CBS News. Well, in another incident, a Spanish trainer named, Alexis Martinez was killed at a marine park located on Tenerife. Now, what made Jessica's video relatable was the fact that there have been real-life incidents of orcas with their trainers. Well, the demise of Dawn, who was killed by an orca, had become the focus of a 2013 documentary titled, Blackfish.

It did ignite controversy related to the ethics of keeping orcas in a captive environment. Coming back to Jessica's clip, the fake video showcased her dancing on top of an orca located at the Pacific Blue Marine Park. People who were seen cheering for the whale coming out of the water suddenly change their mood when they see the orca pulling the trainer under the water.
