Kayla Nicole Apologises For Old Tweets With Slurs, Deletes Account Amid Ex Travis, Taylor Swift Feud

Kayla Nicole is a popular influencer and sports presenter. However, over the past few weeks, she has been making headlines for an alleged feud with her ex-boyfriend and his fiancee. Her ex is none other than NFL tight end, Travis Kelce, and as everyone knows, his fiancee is global pop icon, Taylor Swift. Amid this drama, netizens (probably Swifties) dug up Kayla Nicole's old tweets, which were deemed quite offensive. Now, Kayla has apologised for this and also deleted her X account. 

Kalya Nicole's racist tweets and comments against Vanessa Bryant resurface, prompting severe backlash 

Kayla Nicole allegedly posted an offensive tweet about Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa Bryant, years ago when the basketball player was still alive. She referred to Vanessa as a 'green card' and also used a few disrespectful words against her. Moreover, the tweet was quite distasteful in its entirety. As Vanessa was born to immigrant parents, Kayla referring to her as 'green card' isn't sitting right with people. However, Kobe's widow has yet to comment on Kayla's old post. The influencer's old tweet on Vanessa reads:

"Sum1 explain to me why kobe thirsty wife think she can b in front of all th players!? Sit yo no green card havin a** down. "

There is a long thread on X, where netizens have compiled all the older tweets of Kayla Nicole before she deleted her entire account. From African-American, Mexican, Indian, to Asian, her older tweets have targeted everyone, making offensive comments. Kayla's older tweets also show her using derogatory language for the queer community, female celebrities, and neurodivergent people. Swifties have also found another old tweet in which she refused to take accountability and asked people to unfollow her after they raised their voices. Kayla's resurfaced tweets were also riddled with slurs for various communities.

Kayla Nicole apologises for her old tweets and deletes her account amid the drama with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce

The feud started when Kayla Nicole shared a parody video of her dressed as Toni Braxton and dancing to her song, 'He wasn't Man enough'. People took it as a dig towards her ex-boyfriend, Travis Kelce and his fiancee, Taylor Swift. After this video, Swifites got to work, digging in the hopes of finding dirt on Kayla. In her X account, Taylor Swift fans finally found what they were looking for- older, offensive tweets. 

As the backlash on her has been mounting, Kayla Nicole deleted her X account and issued an extensive apology, taking accountability for her remarks. A part of her apology on her Instagram Story read:

"The woman I am today would never use those words or express those kinds of views. Over the years, I've seen firsthand how cruel and harmful online hate can be, and I would never want to add to that world of pain in any form. I have since deleted those tweets and my X account entirely, because I refuse to keep that energy alive or contribute to a cycle of hate."
