Keanu Reeves has been in a long-term relationship with Alexandra Grant. Talking about her professional accolades, she is a Los Angeles-based artist. She has made a mark with painting as her medium of choice, but she is also known for her collaborations with famous feminist Helene Cixous and digital literature pioneer Michael Jouët. Alexandra Grant is multilingual and can speak English, Spanish and French. She has worked with ArtCentre College of Design in Pasadena, California, from 2009 to 2011. She used to take an MFA seminar at Cal State Northridge in 2010. Later, she worked with the Pacific Northwest College of Art's Distance MFA program from 2013 to 2014. 

Apart from her painting projects and teaching, Alexandra even collaborated with her beau, Keanu Reeves, on the grown-up picture book, Ode To Happiness, in 2011. It was the couple's first collaboration. It was Keanu's debut book and Alexandra's first book as an illustrator. Later, in 2016, they collaborated on another book, Shadows. It featured 54 images, which were taken by Grant. She once talked about the book and said:

"No one can move the way he can. He's a really extreme performer. That's a huge piece of why those images are so interesting. I knew that if I moved the camera as we danced together, as photographer and subject, we could create these wonderful optical illusions."
