Keerthy Suresh's 'Mehendi' Lehenga Was Carnival Themed, Unseen Pics With Antony Thattil Surfaces

Keerthy Suresh got married to her childhood love, Antony Thattil on December 12, 2024, in Goa amid their friends and close family member's presence. The couple completed two months of their marriage on February 12, 2024, and amid this new and unseen pictures from their mehendi ceremony have surfaced. The snaps were posted by Keerthy and Antony's fashion designer brand, Papa Don't Preach By Shubhika and spoke in detail about their pre-wedding, mehendi look.

Keerthy and Antony had resorted to Papa Don't Preach By Shubhika to look magical and vibrant on their special day. The brand took to their Instagram handle to reveal unseen pictures of the couple who looked perfect in their pre-wedding events. Keerthy wore a custom lehenga set that was embroidered with symbols of her South Indian heritage. The lehenga was printed with carnival-themed motifs, gold metal accents, rhinestone chains, delicate pearls, acrylics, and shiny sequins. She teamed her look with a blouse made in the signature 3D flower bralette created by the brand. The blouse had glass cut beads, poth, crystals, square-shaped crystals and gold chains.

The pink tulle dupatta completed Keerthy's look, it had an acrylic border and pearls all over. Antony on the other hand wore a printed short open jacket intricately embroidered with golden metallic accents, pearls and acrylic mirrors in a custom print with motifs from their love story. He paired his outfit with an ombre ivory to blue kurta and ivory pants.

For her mehendi, the actress had completed her Bollywood-infused lehenga look with dangler earrings, bangles and pointed pink heels. She added a dash of charm with her soft curls, rosy lipstick, blushed cheeks and perfectly done eyeliner over her arched eyebrows. She left her tresses in a half-open style and completed her look with floral accessories.

The actress, earlier in an interview with the Galatta India shared she was in class 12 when she spoke to Antony for the first time. She also shared that her now husband is seven years older than her, and they have been in a long-distance relationship for about six years. Talking about their love story she said:

"We go back to Orkut days, I took the initiative to hit on this guy. We were chatting for a good one month before we met at a restaurant. I was with my family, and I couldn’t meet him, so I winked at him and left. Later, I said, if you have the guts, propose to me, dude. He first proposed to me in 2010 and things got serious in 2016. He gave me a promise ring I never removed till we got married, you can even see it in all my films.”

Keerthy had even shared that she and Antony had plans of eloping. The actress revealed that they have had nightmares of eloping. She shared that she and Antony started dating when she was in 12th and he was seven years older than her.
