Keith Bynum Teases Major Comeback With New TV Show Months After The Cancellation Of 'Bargain Block'

Keith Bynum became a popular face in the last four years when he started appearing on Bargain Block with Evan Thomas. The reality show started airing on HGTV in April 2021, and also featured realtor, Shea Hicks-Whitfield. Produced by High Noon Entertainment, the show aired for five seasons, ending in September 2025. Notably, the series was not renewed for a fifth season, and four episodes that were previously filmed were included as part of Season 5.

Keith Bynum hinted at the arrival of a new show on social media

The possibility of a new show featuring Keith Bynum was shared by him on Instagram around six days ago. Keith posted a video on April 4, 2026, where he was spotted working on a house. Keith wrote in the caption that he was completing the work for one of his clients, and he was excited for everyone to see the finished house. The post received various responses from Bynum’s followers on the social media platform. Notably, a few of them featured people asking Keith to appear in a new show. Some also said that they were missing his show. Bynum responded to one of the users by writing:

“Y’all might just get your wish.”

While Keith Bynum did not reveal more details about the show, he previously teased it by resharing a photo originally posted by Evan Thomas on his Instagram Story on April 8, 2026. Evan had even tagged Keith in the original post, which featured a picture of the camera crew pointing in his direction. Keith wrote on top of the snap that he is spying on a camera guy.

Keith Bynum criticised the cancellation of Bargain Block in 2025

The cancellation of Bargain Block was first revealed by Keith Bynum. He took to his Instagram handle to share the news with some pictures in July 2025. Keith expressed his happiness about the entire journey on the show and the fact that they built a big fan base. Bynum said that people won’t get to see them on HGTV anymore and continued by writing:

“Everyone always told us TV is a fickle world and they are very right. Tv is full of a lot of great people but it’s also full of some of the worst people I’ve ever encountered. Evan and I have always tried hard to stick to what we know and what we’re good at which is being ourselves. We love you all and we’re very excited to announce what’s next soon!”

While Season 5 was scheduled to arrive on HGTV in September 2025, Keith Bynum recalled the problems that he and Evan Thomas had to go through, including that their business was derailed. Keith said that they were mainly earning from television contracts and were not prepared for a situation where they would learn that a fifth season would not happen. Bynum mentioned that he was able to control certain emotions after the cancellation because he was able to analyse the decision to cancel the show in a different manner.
