Kelley Wolf Hit With No-Contact Order, Denied Access To Kids, Ex-Husband, Scott, Amid Custody Battle

Divorces in Hollywood often play out differently from those outside the public eye. The Kelley and Scott Wolf separation is a prime example of how heartbreak, conflict and change get amplified under the spotlight. It all began after the couple announced a quiet separation after two decades of marriage, which soon turned into a mess of court battles, police arrests and legal restrictions. Recently, Kelley was taken into custody for the second time between the proceedings of the case, and now the court has hit her with a new strict order. 

Kelley Scott has been hit with a no-contact order by the court 

According to People, Kelley Scott has been ordered with a no-contact ruling by the Court. She has been denied complete contact with her three children, Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. Additionally, the judge ordered the reality TV show alum to stay away from her estranged husband-actor, Scott. Kelley cannot communicate or meet with either of them. The strict ruling comes after tensions between the former couple intensified and Kelley made them public through her social media.

The protective order outlines that Kelley must stay at least 300 feet away from Scott at all times, with exceptions only for court-approved mediation sessions in relation to their divorce and custody arrangements. Even visiting the family's home is off-limits unless supervised by police. Moreover, she has also been restricted from consuming drugs or alcohol until her next court date. The court has laid out the conditions to safeguard both Scott and the children while the legal process continues.

Why did the court order a no-contact ruling for Kelley Scott? 

The major decision by the court followed Kelley's arrest on August 26, 2025. She was taken into custody and charged with two misdemeanours for electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. The charges came after she posted some screenshots from her chat with Scott, where his phone number got leaked. Police say it led him to receive several calls and texts within minutes. According to a report by US Weekly, Scott argued that the disruption severely impacted his ability to communicate with their children, making the case more serious.

Scott Wolf and Kelley Wolf's messy divorce situation began in June 2025 when Scott Wolf announced that he had filed for divorce after 21 years of marriage. He described it as the most difficult decision of his life. At first, they agreed on a temporary agreement that gave Scott sole custody while Kelley was granted supervised visitation and limited communication with the children. But later she reportedly violated some terms by making attempts to access the family home, waving a knife in the air and making the details of their case public.
