According to reports, it was Yash's biggest dream to have a luxurious duplex in Bengaluru, and after years of wait and hard work, the actor had finally turned his dream into a reality in 2021. The 35-year-old actor's dream home is located in the famous high-priced society, Prestige Golf Apartments, near Windsor Manor, Bengaluru.
According to multiple reports and speculations, Yash has spent approximately Rs. 3 crores to Rs. 6 crores to get his hands on this luxurious apartment. The actor's multi-crore apartment stands tall in one of the most famous and posh areas of Bengaluru.

One of the biggest highlights of Yash and Radhika's lavish duplex is the space they've preserved for their religious ceremonies and gatherings that speaks everything about their deep-rooted faith with their tradition and culture.
In an interview ETimes, popular interior designer and fashion stylist, Saniya Sardhariya, who had designed her clients and close friends, Yash and Radhika Pandit's duplex, had talked about the couple's love for tradition and culture.
Saniya Sardhariya had stated that Yash and Radhika were very particular about keeping their tradition alive in their house. She had revealed that Yash and Radhika had bought a special Tulasi katte for their home that the temple artisans in Karkala sculpted. She had said:
"Both (Yash and Radhika Pandit) are very traditional and Indian at their root, and deep down they wanted to be tied with their heritage and culture which reflects in certain spaces of their new home. Radhika was extremely particular about the Tulasi Katte, despite the modern style that we were going with."

Moving towards the interior of Yash's plush home, the giant windows play a major role in filling the entire house with light and perfectly maintain the cheery and bright vibe throughout the day.
However, the house is also equipped with some dark accent walls and doors that add a royal touch to the luxurious apartment. Another fine detail that left everyone in awe of Yash and Radhika's house is the statement light fixtures, range of veneer, geometric patterns with the use of metal.
The material used in the renovation of Yash's plush home in Prestige Golf Apartments featured gun metal, matt brush strokes, and rose gold colour. However, the balcony area is quite special as it boasts of a Greek balcony. Yes! You read it right, the balcony featured rustic flooring along with the right amount of water body in the centre of it. The balcony also offers a picturesque view of the entire city and adds more to the beauty of this breathtaking balcony area.
According to multiple reports, Yash and his gorgeous wife, Radhika Pandit, had entered into their new house in Bengaluru with his father, Arun and mother, Pushpa, on July 2, 2021. Soon, Yash's massive fanbase had dropped multiple unseen pictures from his house-warming ceremony in Bengaluru. In the pictures, Yash and Radhika had looked stunning as the couple had twinned in their traditional attires.
While Radhika Pandit had looked gorgeous as ever in an orange and blue silk saree, on the other side, Yash had looked handsome in an orange silk shirt with white dhoti. The pictures showcased some mere blurry glimpses of their house.
However, their house's maximalist style caught our attention the most. Also, while designing the entire house, one can easily see the perfect blend of modern and traditional heritage, as some of the things inside their house give pure traditional Indian vibes.
