It all started on June 5, 2024, when popular South Indian actress, Sunainaa posted a monochrome picture on her Instagram handle. In the picture, we can be spotted holding someone's hand. Along with the cutesy picture, she put the emoticon of a lock in the caption. Sunainaa's picture went viral on social media as her massive fanbase and several media outlets started labeling it as an official confirmation of her engagement.
Soon after Sunainaa's IG post went viral on Instagram, people became curious about the man's identity in the picture. Unfortunately, no one could find it, and even the South Indian actress didn't react to it.

However, after some weeks, popular YouTuber, Khalid Al Ameri took to his Instagram handle and posted an almost similar picture in which he and a lady can be seen flaunting their respective rings. Both the rings looked absolutely beautiful, and Khalid wrote, "Alhamdulillah," along with the picture in the caption.
As soon as the post went live on Instagram, people started connecting Khalid Al Ameri and Sunainaa's monochrome posts. However, neither Khalid nor Sunainaa have reacted to the ongoing speculations about their alleged low-key engagement ceremony.
As a result, they're now leading all the headlines. For the uninitiated, Khalid Al Ameri is a content creator who posts a series of Instagram reels in different categories on his IG handle. He also has a YouTube channel boasting 3.85 million subscribers.
Khalid Al Ameri is one of the most famous Dubai-based YouTubers. In the last two and three years, he has become immensely popular on social media and YouTube due to the wide range of his content. Talking about Khalid's journey as a YouTuber, he joined the platform on October 1, 2011. In a span of almost 13 years, he has posted a total of 154 videos and garnered 802,469,794 views on his channel so far. Khalid's most popular video is 'Inside The Burj Al Arab (Dubai's 7-Star Hotel)," which has 6.5 million views.
Once, in an interview with AGSIW, Khalid Al Ameri opened up about his professional journey. The YouTuber revealed that he is an MBA graduate from the prestigious Stanford Graduate School of Business. After completing his MBA, Khalid worked at Global Investments for some time before working as a social communist with The National. Khalid also added that he is still an active columnist at The National and revealed that he had always wanted to be an actor right from an early age, which was why he started making video content.

The reason why Khalid Al Ameri's alleged engagement with South Indian actress, Sunainaa is grabbing a lot of attention is because of the fact that the YouTuber was previously married to someone else. As per a report in TUKO, Khalid's ex-wife was Salama Mohamed, who is also a social media influencer. The ex-couple welcomed two sons, Abdullah and Khalifa, and they were often featured on Khalid and Salama's respective social media handles. However, in an interview with Nour Aldin on the latter's YouTube channel, it was Salama, who revealed that she and Khalid were no longer together.

Salama Mohamed clearly stated that she and Khalid Al Ameri are officially divorced, and she now has custody of their sons, Abdullah, and Khalifa is now with her. Further, in the same conversation with Nour Aldin, Salama also admitted that after her divorce from Khalid, she became 'independent.' The reason behind their divorce is not known to anyone, and only assumptions are there in the media space.
