The teacher, widely known for simplifying complex concepts for millions of students online, tied the knot in an intimate and private wedding in March 2025 and hosted a grand wedding reception in Patna last evening. It was a lavish and star-studded affair, attended by various political dignitaries and high-profile guests. But what stole the spotlight was his light-hearted exchange with RJD leader and Bihar's Leader of Opposition, Tejashwi Yadav.

Khan Sir says he copied Tejashwi Yadav’s model for his secret wedding

Khan Sir’s lavish wedding reception took place on June 2, 2025, at Panache Banquets near Shagun Mor in Danapur. The star-studded guest list included several prominent figures from Bihar’s political circles. In a now-viral clip from the event, Tejashwi is seen engaging in a fun banter with the groom, asking him, "Kya hua, byah kab hua?" Khan Sir responded to the RJD leader that he got married amid the recent diplomatic conflict between Indian and Pakistan. He said:

"Abhi jo India-Pakistan conflict chal raha tha, usi beech.”

Maintaining his signature wit, Khan Sir made a cheeky remark, adding that he followed Tejashwi’s formula of having a low-key marriage in secrecy and later informing the world. The YouTuber-teacher was heard saying:

"Model aap hi ka tha sir...chupchap se karke baad main batana hai. 12-13 log the sir. Jaise aap kiye na, vaise hi. Hum ne socha kahan se copy karenge, aapka hi copy kar liya sir.”

Even though Khan Sir opted for a low-key wedding, his reception was grand. Held at the luxe venue, the party was attended by high-profile personalities from Bihar's political and educational scene. Dignitaries included Bihar Governor, Arif Mohammad Khan; Deputy Chief Minister, Samrat Chaudhary; Bihar Education Minister, Sunil Kumar; Dept of Industries and Tourism Minister, Nitish Mishra; and Union Minister, Rajbhushan Nishad. 

Fellow YouTuber and educator, Alakh Pandey, a.k.a. Physics Wallah and Neetu Singh, a.k.a. Neetu Ma’am, were also seen at the gathering. The evening was made even more special with a soulful performance by the renowned Sabri Brothers, adding to the celebratory yet traditional vibe.

Khan Sir makes his first public appearance with his wife

Khan Sir’s wife, identified as A.S. Khan, made her first public appearance at the reception but chose to maintain her privacy. Dressed in a heavily embroidered red lehenga with gold zari work and a traditional red veil covering her face, Khan Sir’s wife captivated guests with her simple and graceful presence. She remained under the veil, and her face was not revealed during the event. Meanwhile, the groom donned a crisp dark brown suit with a pink shirt and red tie.

Khan Sir has arranged a special feast for students

Amid all the fame and grandeur, Khan Sir didn’t forget his second family — his students, with whom he had first shared the news of his wedding. In his announcement video, the YouTuber made another heartfelt announcement that he would host a student-exclusive feast after his reception, to be held on June 6, 2025.
