Ex-Nickelodeon Star Kianna Underwood's Final Video Resurfaces After Death, She Looked Dishevelled

Kianna Underwood, the little girl from Nickelodeon's iconic sketch comedy series All That, is no more. The former child actress, 33, was killed in the early hours of Friday, January 16, 2026, after being struck in a hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn. With the heartbreaking news, the internet is digging up the last-known traces of Underwood before her untimely death. A brief clip filmed years earlier is being seen as a heartbreaking final glimpse into her life after fame. And it's devastating.

Kianna Underwood's last video was taken in NYC, and she had a missing tooth

Although she was a much-loved star among fans who watched her shows growing up, Kianna Underwood had vanished from the spotlight afterwards. However, from the few glances of her, it looks like she didn't have the best quality of life after TV fame. The grainy street video now spreading across social media, believed to have been recorded around 2021, has left viewers shaken.

In the video, Underwood is seen walking the streets of New York City late at night when a man recognises her and films her. Dressed in a teal T-shirt decorated with daisies, tie-dye pyjama shorts, and purple slides, she’s carrying what appears to be a badly damaged black bag. She keeps adjusting her hair as she mumbles about her television stint. When the man recording the video off-camera asks who she is, she responds clearly:

“Kianna Underwood from All That on Nickelodeon.”

When the man follows up by asking what show she’s on now, Underwood tugs at her hair and repeats, "The show I am on is All That on Nickelodeon.” Her words keep trailing off as she looks disoriented. A woman's voice is also heard in the background, mentioning her role as 'Fuchsia' in Little Bill, and when the man asks if she’s in New York. “Yes, of course,” she replies before walking away.

Netizens concerned over her unkempt appearance as old concerns resurface

Viewers have noted the actress's unkempt appearance in the video, especially the fact that she was missing at least one tooth. Many noted that it was a clear warning sign that something was deeply wrong. Some NYC locals mentioned that she was often seen strolling here and there and had apparently turned to street fights, along with showing "other strange behaviour". A user posted on X in 2022:

"Last year in Summer/Fall 2021 there were comments surfacing of people seeing her in New York and rumours speculating that she has turned to street fighting people and is struggling. People that knew her said that she is no longer the same person and the personality switched."

X-comments

In hindsight, very little is publicly known about Underwood’s adult life, which makes the video and the local claims even more unsettling and devastating.
