Kiara Advani is busy enjoying her pregnancy journey and nurturing her little one. The actress, who followed a strict diet, once revealed that she wanted to experience pregnancy so that she could hog on anything and everything without worrying about extra kilos in life. While she is prepping for her new mumma life, her bikini body in the film, War 2 is gaining all the traction. Now, celebrity nutritionists, who guided Kiara revealed how she got bikini-ready for the film.
Kiara left everyone surprised with her stunning bikini shot in War 2 teaser, which gained a lot of limelight. However, in the world of crash dieting and losing weight unnaturally, Kiara chose a sustainable and high-performance diet plan for her first-ever bikini shot in Bollywood. In an interview with Pinkvilla, celebrity nutritionist, Nicole Linhares Kedia shared that Kiara opted for a clean diet with ghar ka khana.
However, Kiara changed her diet a little as she had to increase her protein intake while keeping her in a steady caloric deficit. The goal was to tone Kiara's body and build muscle while reducing the body fat. Talking about the same, Nicole said:
"Kiara had a fairly clean eating style, she loves "ghar ka Khana" but for this transformation. The biggest change was dialing in her macros-specifically increasing her protein intake while keeping her in a steady caloric deficit, we had to be extremely precise. Our goal was to tone and build lean muscle while reducing body fat, and that meant every ingredient had to be measured, even down to the oil used in cooking or a few shavings of Parmesan on her Buddha bowl. It wasn't about removing foods she loved, but optimizing what she ate to align with getting her into her best shape."
Nicole revealed that Kiara would start her mornings with protein pancakes, which were made with oat flour, walnut flour and protein powder. She would top it up with maple syrup/monk fruit, fresh berries and homemade hazelnut butter. It was one of her daily rituals, which she never changed.
Talking about Kiara's lunch and dinner, she would often prefer grilled chicken, chicken curries, asparagus, baby potatoes, avocado and vegetables, which she loved. She kept her meals light but high protein intake without compromising her health. Nicole revealed:

"Lunch and dinner often featured grilled chicken, chicken curries , asparagus, baby potatoes, avocado, edamame pesto hummus vegetable crudites -foods she genuinely enjoys. We kept her meals light but high in protein and tailored them closely to her training and shoot schedule."
Talking about snack time and post-workout regime, Kiara went the old way as she started having the famous sattu chaas, with a blend of roasted Bengal gram flour, seasoned with Jeera powder and coriander leaves. And this is how she achieved her bikini body for the action film, War 2.
Hrithik Roshan starrer War 2 has been all over the news since its teaser launch. The Yash Raj Film is a sequel to the popular Spy Universe, which left viewers on their toes. The film also features Kiara Advani, and it is her first action film and the first one with Yash Raj Film. Her appearance in the film is marked as a major point of her career as people loved her appearance in a short teaser. Kiara's bold glimpse in a bikini by the poolside created a stir online, and everyone loved her look.
