Popular Bollywood singer, KK passed away after he finished off his performance in Kolkata on May 31, 2022. Krishnakumar Kunnath or popularly known as KK has given us treasure full of melodious songs and albums. From Sach keh raha hai deewana, Tadap tadap, Ankhon mein teri, Labon ko labon se to many more, the list never ends. KK had sung songs for every mood. His demise feels like the end of an era, now we can only say, Kaise keh diya Alvida.
KK had back-to-back two gigs at Nazrul Mancha, in Kolkata. However, the last show didn't go as planned, and the singer fell ill after his performance. He had taken to his hotel, where he had passed away after suffering from cardiac arrest. He was just 53 years old and is survived by his wife, Jyothi Krishna and their two children. The singer had possessed a few expensive properties, which are now left to his family.

Krishnakumar Kunnath a.k.a KK, who had made his mark in the singing industry with his melodious voice and amazing singing skill in not only Hindi language but also Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi and others, was a car fanatic. He had owned a few expensive cars in his garage, including a Mercedes BenZ A Class and a red Jeep Cherokee. However, recently, the singer had added another swanky new four-wheeler to his collection. He had purchased an Audi RS5, which comes with a price tag of Rs. 1.4 crore.
Over his illustrious career, KK had sung over 2500 songs and had entertained his audience with his magical voice. However, his voice had brought him a lot of respect and love from all the corners, but also it had given him a chance to lead a luxurious life. Krishnakumar Kunnat had got his recognition as a stage and playback singer and had received the name KK. His hometown was in Delhi, and he had a lovely house there. However, it was his luxurious abode in Mumbai that deserves mention. He used to live in his fancy home in Mumbai with his wife, Jyothi and their two children. Reportedly, their house has a beautiful and cosy interior.

KK's name could be mentioned under the highest-paid or expensive singers' list. He used to charge Rs 5 to 6 lakhs per song be it in any language. And if there was a live concert, then the singer had charged Rs 10-15 lakhs for a single concert.
After the popular singer, KK's death, he has left behind expensive properties of crores for his family, wife and children. As per reports, KK's net worth is approximately 1.5 million dollars. He has assets worth more than Rs 11 crores.

The Indian music industry lost another gem, and the whole entertainment industry is still quite shocked by the news. KK received gun salutes from the West Bengal police as a tribute to the legendary singer. His body will be brought to Mumbai for his last rites. His death has been investigated as it has been declared an 'unusual death'.
The singer passed away in music and will live through his music forever. Well, we hope KK's family may find their inner strength to deal with the pain!
